Didn’t arrive in the original time slot had to contact them.
On arrival one person took item upstairs struggled with this & used my white wall to lean on all the way up for support & scuffed my white walls. So I then told them not to take rest up to leave them downstairs.

Bought an item off of Wowcher, with delivery stated 13/7, nothing arrived, no contact either. Still nothing heard so found contact number and contacted them on Friday 15/7. No guarantee of when delivery could be made even though tracking said they’d had the item since 8/7 and was told they would contact when they could deliver. I explained I was having guests arriving Friday and needed the item before then, still made no difference.

Item warehouse has now arranged delivery through another distribution centre.

The two guys who delivered my furniture were so helpful .. Very Pleasant and chatty

and placed it in my home

The delivery men were on time and very accommodating in help to put the heavy package where it was easy for me to unpack.

Excellent service. I was very surprised at this company as I have never heard of them. Someone from the office called me to say a driver was in the area & could make a delivery that day if I wanted, I agreed & driver called me 20 mins later to say will be there in 15 mins ! Polite guys , asked where I wanted them to put my delivery which was great as it was heavy garden furniture, super 5*service . Well done

Delivery was later than the time given, however they communicated their delay by calling.
They handled and mannuvered the item well. Item was fantastically packed and arrived safely.

From the phone call giving us day and time slot to the driver ringing on the day with delivery time we were kept fully informed at all times. Very polite delivery driver.

The team turned up on time as they said and then demanded a signature before they would bring anything in.. My asked why she should siign before she had seen it.. Only to be told signature signature before we enter.. Productss then left with no opportunity to check them to see no damage or shortages.. Poor service

Really bad instruction. Wrong holes in the bed, cant be fitted. Dont know what to do.

Had to put delivery back wasn't a problem and re delivered ASAP.
