I had a really stressful experience trying to complete my property purchase, mainly due to an unresponsive solicitor and sellers who were slow to provide the necessary paperwork. There were multiple delays, and at times it felt like nothing was moving forward. I’ll admit, I wasn’t perfect either in the process, but the situation became overwhelming—especially as I was dealing with a family emergency at the same time.

That said, Abigail was absolutely incredible throughout. She consistently kept me updated, chased all parties involved, and made sure I was never left in the dark. When things were at their worst and I felt completely overwhelmed, she stepped in and pushed everything forward when it mattered most.

I had read mixed reviews about the company before, and I wasn’t sure what to expect—but in the end, they really came through for me. Abigail’s dedication and persistence made a huge difference, especially at the final stage when I needed things to move quickly.

I’m genuinely grateful for her support and couldn’t have gotten through this process without her help.

We had a very stressful sale, due to our buyers Solictors. (They were useless!)We ended up exchanging and completing on the same day! So very stressful.
But Sharon kept us in the loop every step, if I emailed Sharon, she always replied or called me. Sharon went above and beyond, as she had a tough time chasing and trying to contact the buyers and their solicitors. With out her persistence and professionalism, and also understanding our worries and concerns this wouldn’t have happened. So thank you so much.

Coordinating across all the solicitors was helpful in reaching completion despite everything being very last minute. Good communication during the last couple if days helped with stress levels. Also very pleasant to deal with.
