Just to clarify — your first bag included a $30 welcome discount, which is why it came in at $97. Our price hasn’t changed. We’ve tried reaching out to explain this but haven’t been able to get in touch.

Please remember Eureka isn’t kibble — it’s 90%+ real meat, organs and bone with fruit and veg. All low temp cured to preserve nutrients instead of multiple high heat treatments. No fillers, no renders, no nonsense. Made in Australia from premium ingredients. The price reflects what’s actually in the bag.

I’m really glad to hear your order arrived promptly - but I’m genuinely sorry the treats themselves weren’t a hit with your four pups. We know how disappointing it is to be excited to try something new, only to have your dogs sniff and walk away (especially when you were looking forward to seeing them enjoy it!).

Every dog has their own tastes and preferences, and while many dogs love our recipes, we completely understand that not every product will be right for every pack. That’s exactly why we offer sample packs - so pet parents can try them without committing to a full-size purchase.

We also truly appreciate that you chose to donate the treats rather than waste them. That’s such a thoughtful thing to do.

If you’d ever like help finding something that might better suit your dogs’ preferences (texture, protein type, sensitivity considerations, etc.), our team would be more than happy to help. But either way, thank you again for giving us a try and for taking the time to share your experience - it really does help.
