I have been shopping from pet circle for a while know I love the auto delivery

The delivery was fast, and all the products were in the parcel.

Always good value and very helpful if any issues

Ordering was easy and omg placed my order on the Tuesday and it arrived on the Wednesday, unbelievable!. It was also packed very well. Very happy allround.

Amazingly fast delivery and always very competitive prices.

My delivery was an absolute nightmare. Not long after delivery to the wrong address I contacted your customer service. The only “help” they could provide was send an email to the “courier partners” who would get back to me in 48 hours. The delivery was blocking my neighbours access to her garage. She was not happy. I was distressed. I was forced to move 5 x 13kilo boxes away from the garage door & having a back injury it was extremely difficult. Having customer service support offshore, who cannot contact the courier company is not great. I ended up contacting the courier company myself & was in contact with them until re delivery on Monday lunchtime. Do better PetCircle, employ staff in Australia who can troubleshoot when a delivery goes wrong.

The delay in shipping had barely any communication on why. Lucky I wasn't in desperate need and planned ahead. Better communication in between ordering and shipping would be great. Once shipped less notice would also be great. I recieved over 8 emails once the package left. I really only needed 1 . This resulted in me cancelling my auto shipped items as I donot trust i will recieve on time in actual busy periods.

I can find what I looking for easy and delivered very quickly NO COMPLAINTS

Delivery was always on time and reliable. It was really great to support other businesses and not have to worry about getting these from the supermarket. Better prices here too!!

Every time I order from Pet Circle, the delivery instructions are never followed.
I live in an apartment and have clear instructions to leave the order IN the lobby.
Every single time the order is left on the street OUTSIDE my apartment without the driver even ringing the intercom.
I have alerted Pet Circle of this 5 times, to no avail.
My orders are generally $100-$250 not exactly the best customer service leaving orders on the street OUTSIDE.
Petbarn match the prices of Pet Circle and delivery instructions are followed.

It was the delivery that I had a problem with. I was notified the parcel had arrived and I had to walk up and down the street hoping I could find it. My $70 parcel had been put on #7s doorstep not #3. I did emal Pet Circle who did apologise.

Purchase was easy as normal but delivery was a bit slow compared to normal.

Excellent service. It was only a couple of days after I ordered that my parcel arrived. Really spot on service.

Great prices and really quick and convenient delivery.

Always great shopping from petcircle. They always deliver very quickly and the one time I had any problem with them where they send me the wrong product they very quickly solved the problem with me over live chat. They sent me the correct product afterwards and told me I could keep both and suggested I could donate one to a rescue ( both were carriers) which I did and I though this was a very sweet sentiment. Other places like Petbarn would instead be difficult over live chat and make me come in store to swap despite them being the ones to make the mistake.

Shame about the actual delivery itself which isn't Pet Circle's fault but when delivered i could literally hear the boxes that contained the kitty litter being thrown near the front door and no notification that the order had arrived

My Dog passed away and gave me a refund on the food that had already been delivered no questions asked. Incredible service.
