Fabulous service and information at time of booking from Schoinarakis. Reasonable price for 24hr hire so we could go out in the evening and all day the following day. Great recommendations of places to visit. Car was on excellent condition nearly new.

De auto volledige na gelopen op schade vooraf was redelijk wat schade aan de auto maar gaven aan dat dit niet erg was, bij terug brengen van de auto leek dit toch even anders te zijn en heb ik een boete gekregen van 150€,

Pas op met huren van een auto via deze company, indien mogelijk kijk naar anderen verhuurbedrijven, in gesprek geweest met het hoofdkantoor maar geen mede leven van uit hun kant schuiven je naar de muur en verwijzen naar het contract, slechtste service die ik ooit mee gemaakt heb

Great communication and prices but the cars they rent are quite old and they need some TLC.

Very haphazard from the start, we followed the meet and greet instructions and waited for our greater for nearly 30 minutes and in the end had to call, it turned out that Eurocar do not have an office at Heraklion airport, but the lady had been standing across the road at another stand watching us wait for her, the minute we called her she identified herself and identified that she was looking at us - not cool. Following that it was a brief and harried introduction and instruction session on how to return the car. The car itself was fine. We then needed to return the car earlier than stated on the paperwork and rang their office to give them 4 days notice of this. When we turned up to return the car early, the collection person knew nothing about this and told us we were lucky she had been at the airport with other clients - had we not been "lucky" we would have missed our flight home.
We booked the car through VIP cars platform and they weren't necessarily the cheapest and it stated they had an airport location. Lesson learned though we will only book with a firm we are 100% sure have an airport office - never had this problem before in 30 years of overseas car hire.

Brilliant experience from the Team at Eurocar in Crete.

I used their website to make the booking and selected the options I required all very simple!

Once I arrived at the airport the team had prepared the car and it was done all handover within 5minutes and off I went.

I want to send my gratitude to those who assisted me by phone and the individual that brought the car to me.

I was given a good car, everything working fine and suitable for purpose. Car was returned no issues and processed how they explained.

Off I went.

Really, I will use them in the future when I return for sure and recommend them to those that go!

Richtig gut! Die Buchung habe ich ganz entspannt online gemacht. Am nächsten Tag habe ich dann den Wagen abgeholt. Das ganze hat maximal 10 Minuten gedauert. Als Wagen gab es einen schönen Citroen C3 mit gerade einmal 70.000 KM runter. Diese Autovermietung hat viele schicke und neuere Wagen und keine mit 250.000 KM.

Der Besitzer war soo unglaublich freundlich, es hat richtig Spaß gemacht dort vorbeizukommen.

Toller Laden, tolles Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, tolle Fahrzeuge, toller Service. Kann ich wirklich nur empfehlen.

This place is definitely cheaper BUT this was a dangerous car hire. The rental car (peugeot 306) EuroCar Greece provided looked fine however when it was being driven we realised that the headlights did not work and one break light was not working which was very dangerous especially when dark outside.

They saw we also had a child but still gave us this car.
I would not recommend this company at all.

The lady laughed when we returned car at Heraklion airport after letting her know, it seemed to be no big deal for this company.

Eurocar på Kreta ved heraklion reddede ganske enkelt vores ferie. Vi havde forudbestilt en bil ved et andet selskab, da vi ankom ville dette selskab ikke acceptere vores visa kort, fordi der ikke stod kredit kort på det.
Så der stod vi uden bil.
Eurocar - fandt en løsning. Dog måtte vi betale næsten 3000kr mere for den billede. Men vi takker dem for at de kunne og ville hjælpe os til at komme til vores destination.

De reservering was snel gedaan. Contact via mail en whatsapp verliep soepel en snel. Contactpersoon stond netjes op afgesproken tijd en plaats op ons te wachten. Betalen kon gewoon met pin. Auto was netjes, schoon en vergelijkbaar met wat we hadden geboekt. Airco deed t prima (erg belangrijk!) Apple Carplay was erg handig met navigeren en je eigen spotify afspelen. Inleveren ging al net zo makkelijk. Parkeren op afgesproken plek, sleutels achterlaten en klaar is Kees. We hadden met volledig verzekering geboekt, voelde prettig, zou ik aanraden. Volgende keer boek ik weer hier!

Niestety proponuje omijać tę firmę szerokim łukiem .
Przy odbiorze auta Pan miły .Auto poobijane i podrapane - filmowałem i fotografowałem całość choć była noc .przy oddawaniu zaczęły sie problemy.
Pan widząc ślady piasku na progacho kołach powiedział że auto było używane do jazdy terenowej :)
i zaczęło się . Pan już inny niemiły zaproponował rozwiązanie 100euro dopłaty albo wstrzymują kałcję 730euro do decyzji ubezpieczyciela. Spiesząc się na samolot ustąpiłem płacąc dodatkowe 100euro, które tak naprawdę zostało wyłudzone .Nie byłem pierwszy raz na Krecie i znałem stan dróg prowadzących do hoteli pensjonatów ...często sa to drogi szutrowe ale to co powiedział Pan odbierający od nas auto,że wolno nam było jeżdzić tylko po asfaltowych to jakiś absurd i myślę ,ze założenie by przy odbiorze wyłudzć dodatkową kasę .

Normally use advance when on Paros but these guys where cheaper, I arrived late but It wasn't a problem, I got a brand new car, there was a slight problem when I returned the car about a scratch but they sorted it very quickly.
I will be using them in the future.

We rent Peugeot in 10 days Anissaras. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. I highly recommend!

Fijne bijna nieuwe auto en heel vriendelijk geholpen. Ook goede tips gegeven welke plaatsen we het best konden bezoeken. Hier gaan we volgende keer weer heen.

We made our booking at the Hersonissos location at the Mitsis Royal Mare hotel - we rented a Fiat 500 for 5 days to explore our surrounding area.
Emmanouela was did a great job in explaining the whole process and the car and we had a fantastic time. Not only by seeing Crete on our own, but the car was really nice - excellent condition, purring like a kitten (and I always wanted to drive this car :-) ). On top she gave us lovely suggestions for day trips and locations we might not have in mind (we've been to all) and it was really worth it.
As the title says - if you are in Crete and need a car, we highly recommend to use this rental service!
