Had everything I needed, and free delivery to boot. Excellent service from the delivery team, rand straight away and let me know when to expect delivery.

I needed 8x3600 composite deck boards.
The staff helped and advise me which determined my choice.
I had a call the morning of delivery and was given an estimated time.
Spot on time and was helped putting board in back garden. Thanks Craig.

Just the right gutter

We ordered from the chester branch and Jacob was great. Everything was delivered when they said it was and the quality was great. When we had an issue with the shading of 1 board, they never questioned it and gave us a refund straight away. They also picked up any unused items free of charge! Jacob sorted everything out and his customer service is excellent. Thanks to Adam too who we dealt with via the phone. Amazing guys and would not hesitate to use you again.

Dave is such a great help, if I need something that Chester store sells, I always call there first. He's so helpful and friendly. There are a lot of companies that could learn from his customer service skills. Many thanks.

I ordered materials for a job and expecting 48hr delivery. 5 days later I called them to see when the delivery was due, and the guy on the other end said they could get that particular product anymore as the company had gone into liquidation. They didn't bother to send me an correspondence to let me know this information. So I had to cancel a job in a customer. Then I was told I had to call eurocell main customer service to get a refund who kept me on hold for 25mins then cut me off because nobody was available to get the call apparently. This happened 6 times over 3 day. Got the refund eventually, but lost work because of the poor service!

Purchased a UPVC door,window and steel side opening Garage doors all fantastic quality. the service from the team at Chester was great nothing to much trouble I have used them before and it doesn't matter if you spend £10:00 or £10,000 the level of service is the same. I would like to mention the Chester branch Manager Tommy Briggs for his help in ordering also Dave and Mickey for delivering on time as promissed thanks all at Chester.

The service

Had to buy one piece of fencing. Was served brilliantly and quickly by David and Craig who from my sketchy description were able to get the panel i needed and clips to secure it place. Great service. Thanks
