I think Eurocell is very good because the layout of the showroom and the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable about their products. Prices are good as well.

Ordered on Monday, Delivered on Tuesday. What mpre could you ask for?

Initially, I was so impressed with the ease of ordering. The order arrived within 24 hours which was even more impressive, although the fact that I received no communication about delivery time could have caused problems for some customers.
However, the panels delivered were not the size I ordered.I had ordered online, so emailed immediately.Reply was almost instant, assuring me someone from our local branch would contact me the following day.The next morning I phoned the local branch and was told the problem would be 'looked into.'

As a complete novice to doing skirting boards, Lincoln branch was very helpful and even helped after I messed my order up. Hopefully fitting is as easy as ordering.

REFURBISHING A PROPERTY AND PURCHASED A LOT OF GOODS FROM THIS STORE I WENT IN AND ASKED IF THEY COULD DELIVER 2 WINDOW BOARDS AND SOME CHROME TRIM WHICH WAS LEFT IN THERE HANDS PROMISED A PHONE CALL TO PAY WHEN CHROME TRIM WAS BACK IN STOCK 2 WEEKS LATER AND STILL WAITING SO PHONED UP THEY SAID PHONE BACK SURPRISE NONE RANG AGAIN TO BE TOLD NEVER BEEN ORDERED TO RING AGAIN WHEN MANAGER BACK OFF HOLIDAY DOES THIS FIRM NOT RUN WITHOUT THE MANAGER WASTE OF TIME DEALING WITH THE STAFF HERE WENT TO SKEGNESS BRANCH AND GOT THE CHROME TRIMS COULDNT GET WINDOW BOARDS IN CAR OTHERWISE WOULD HAVE PURCHASED FROM A BRANCH THAT NOS HOW TO TREAT THERE CUSTOMERS BIG OR SMALL

I have been a customer with this company for years and I have always
been very pleased with the service and helpful staff when purchasing a variety of products from the Lincoln branch,highly recommended.

When I made my online order I received a phone call shortly after to tell me when it would be delivered, mean time I required a another item I was told to do a online collect order and they would put with the other order and I wouldn’t have to pay delivery on extra item.

Good clear friendly advice given over the phone.
