As a complete novice to doing skirting boards, Lincoln branch was very helpful and even helped after I messed my order up. Hopefully fitting is as easy as ordering.

Impressive customer service

Very easy website to use, plenty of choice, good quality materials. Sales person contacted me to make sure I had the right end caps for my product, glad he called as I screwed that up. Received my purchase very quickly, and with the right end caps. Cheers. I will be back.

Service is personal and second to none. I placed a wrong order. Totally my fault. They delivered. Then came out to collect and refund was immediate. Wasn’t an issue to them despite me apologising profusely. You can already speak to a person on the phone. Fab company!
