Have dealt with branch assistant, Charlotte, a couple of times now. Great product knowledge. Was able to identify an obscure non-Eurocell gutter part and suggest an possible online source for it. Didn't need to go out of her way to do it, but did it anyway. Goes a long way.

Very easy website to order off had everything in stock which 3 of the main DIY stores didn't.

10 year warranty for an Equinox warm roof is literally not worth the paper it is written on. Been waiting for a meaningful response since initially contacting Eurocell head office on 14.12.25 regarding potential collapse of P shaped roof. Had a few phone calls but no offers to come look at the roof issues let alone offer a solution. They seem obsessed by which branch they can offload the problem to. Shocked as well to find out that anyone can install these warm roofs with zero training and if the company who installed it ceased trading the warranty literally isn’t worth anything. Something to bear in mind when choosing a warm roof.

Update: I emailed as per their request and no shock I didn’t receive a response. All forms of correspondence be it to branches or area managers just ignored - So buyer beware when your roof fails you will have zero come back with Eurocell.

Quality Goods, The cost was very competitive with other like suppliers, Delivery was good. I have used eurocell previously and have great confidence in their service.

Disappointed with Warrington branch booked equipment to replace guttering and conservatory roof booked day off work and paid for additional labour to help was second place on delivery list I called them 14:30 and was told they 1 bracket was missing for guttering and would not be delivered until tomorrow
up date order was delivered later on this evening

Easy to use website with loads of products, which are good quality. Free delivery was great, but the bonus was delivering the next, was a nice surprise.

Excellent staff, both Charlotte and her colleague went out of their way to resolve my query. Five star service.

Didn't arrive on the day they said they would and wasn't contacted to say why. I emailed them and was told an item hadn't arrived so would be delivered 2 days later. They could have contacted me first to tell me this. They then told me the item had arrived earlier than they expected so they delivered just1 day late

Brilliant experience in store. Visited Warrington late, being that typical late visit customer. Brilliant service from a very polite Scottish chap, 5* review and will most definitely visit again!
