Very helpful, great communication and quick delivery

Ordered some UPVC cleaner about
7 pm and picked it up at opening time the following morning, Brilliant cheers guys.

I looked for this fencing online and then I saw that Eurocell does the same one but cheaper and with free delivery so winner winner big roast dinner no problem and 5 stars all the way... Thank you and I will be back

Easy to order what you need on line and collect from the local depot.
The staff at Warrington are really helpful and friendly.

What a joke, ordered some fencing panel boards on a Tuesday morning, I was told delivery the coming Friday. Waited in all day but they never arrived, now I may have forgiven them, if something unexpected happened. However they took my phone number and no phone call was forthcoming.
Totally unacceptable, in this day and age. I had geared up to cut down the boards that were too long on two panels, and then had to put away all my kit.
In my opinion I'd recommend you don't do business with these people.
To bolster this opinion, the previous Sunday I emailed to ask if they were open the next day, which was a bank holiday Monday. They never replied, and when I asked them on the Tuesday in the store if they got my email they laughed, and said we don't check emails.
So draw your own conclusions, but don't say you haven't been warned.

The panels have now arrived and not a word about the missed delivery until I brought it up.
On the plus side the panels are good quality, so I've upped my review to 3 stars from one.

When I went to collect my click and collect order, the item had become damaged in store by the fork lift.
I thought my job was going to get behind.
However, the brilliant staff managed to source the items the same afternoon, and delivered them for free.
Great job.
Accidents happen, but the measure of a good team is how well they remedy the issue, and the team at Warrington could not be faulted on that. Quick, professional, polite and friendly. Well done.

I purchased a door in 2016 from the Warrington branch, it was starting fade quite a lot and knowing it had a 10 year guarantee I contacted Mary Larkin to see if she could assist. They visited my house and confirmed that I was entitled to a replacement door as it was noticeable that it had faded. I am please to say I love my new door, I highly recommend Eurocell, the service and staff members are really helpful and go the extra mile. Thank you Eurocell.

Bought 2 450 corner trim black ash and was charged £31.39. Not only was I charged 20%vat I was charged 28%surcharge. What an absolute disgrace. I won't be using these again.
