Interessant geprijsde producten; lijkt goede kwaliteit (moet dit nog even ervaren). Bestelproces is goed. Levering duurt wel lang, communicatie over verzending en leverdatum is matig.

Absolutely ridiculous!! Ordered a tv bracket 4 weeks ago… said it got lost.. ordered another one still not here… have sent me Evri tracking number hitch im not even convinced is real!!

Het bleek dat er 2x verzendkosten werd gerekend voor het bestellen van 2 emmers. Gevraagd via het contactformulier om 1x verzendkosten terug te storten.

De verzendkosten worden berekend op basis van het gewicht van het product en de afmetingen van het pakket. Bij aankoop van 2 stuks van een product nemen het gewicht en de afmetingen toe, waardoor ook de verzendkosten stijgen. Dit is de standaardprocedure voor het berekenen van de kosten.

Grappig antwoord....de emmers kunnen namelijk in elkaar geschoven worden en wegen ook maar een paar honderd gram.

We found the composter difficult to put together. The instructions were very small pictures which did not show the detail we needed to put it together correctly. The clips holding the panels together were very difficult to put on, but Vaseline helped.
It was delivered by Evri, and was left on our doorstep in a puddle with the bottom of the carton open. The corner of one panel of the composter was broken and we will have to repair it with glue.

The guys who installed my new tv were extremely helpful & patient with someone who has difficultly managing the whole internet stuff. So thank you!

I have been contacting you for three months now about a warranty issue the product was sent to me faulty. I will be contacting consumer rights of you don't email me back I purchased based on the two year warranty. I've been missold you have my email address you previously sent me the product so sending me a replacement should be easy. eBay doesn't allow me to send videos and you are aware email me from a different email away from eBay or contact eBay and ask them to resolve this. Advertising warrantys you don't plan on upholding is misselling.

I bought two oxygen cylinders and paid the full price, but unfortunately, I received only one, and it was almost empty. This is a scam.

Kwaliteit en gemak is goed, maar het transport en samenwerking met DPD is zeer zeer slecht. Erg jammer....
