We have been using Europa's services for years. In the hard time of change after Brexit Europa found the solution for their customers to deliver the goods to the EU without any hassle. It is good to know that there is a professional Team on board.
I would like to thank Molly Styles and Donna Cardy for their help, attitude and friendly approch.

Europa as a whole is very reliable and competitive when it comes to pricing. We put DAP and DDP shipments through Europa and they ensure all the information is right before it goes for smooth Customs clearance.

Reason for 5 stars is Molly Styles (Customer Service Operator) who is quick to reply and always gets our urgent bookings done as every day counts in our line of work and Molly ensures our customers get what they need as quickly as possible.

I would argue that other representatives in Europa are not always as quick and efficient to reply or resolve issues but Molly has more than made up for that shortfall.

Molly is always extremely helpful with my export shipments arranging the collections quickly and sorting any issues that arise.

At best, amateur. I am writing to all the companies I deal with to advise them not to use Europa. This is due to a recent problem that took a lot of time, effort and needless petty communication with a company that doesn’t know its a##e from its elbow.

We have been working with Europa Road for over 8 years, and they have consistently provided excellent service. Their pricing is very competitive, and communication is always clear and efficient.

Special thanks to Molly Styles, who always handles our requests promptly and with great attention to detail. She is a pleasure to work with and makes the whole process smooth and reliable.

All of our consignments have had hassle free communication, ask for a collection to be arranged and a few days later our delivery arrives. Trace our customer service operator replies instantly, great work :)
