Sistema troppo automatizzato. Sono un cliente "storico" dell' hotel Caesius. Per un problema momentaneo della rete, non ho potuto effettuare il pagamento caparra con PayPal in 3 rate, che ho sempre utilizzato in precedenza; ho dovuto perciò versare il 50% del soggiorno in unica soluzione. Nessun canale preferenziale per clienti "storici" che consenta di bypassare il sistema di prenotazione online; gli operatori telefonici rispondono alle richieste in modo standard impersonale, non hanno probabilmente il potere di adattare le risposte in base al tipo di cliente.
