Ho prenotato un soogiorno in un residence del gruppo Europlan.Il sito è fatto veramente bene,in pochi semplici passaggi ho fatto la mia prenotazione.Avendo un dubbio se potevo o meno portare il mio pet,ho contattato il sito tramite mail,la risposta è arrivata velocemente ed esaustiva. Sono soddisfattoe spero che il soggiorno lo sia altrettanto.

Verlässlicher und unkomplizierter Buchungs
Alle benötigten und wichtigen Informationen sind klar, verständlich und transparent ersichtlich und erklärt. Die Benutzung und das Handling der Buchungsseite sind einfach und unkompliziert. Die Buchungsbestätigung erfolgt ebenfalls sehr schnell, unmittelbar nach dem Absenden der Buchung. Ich habe schon mehrmals hier gebucht. Bei der Ankunft vor Ort hat bisher immer alles wunderbar geklappt und war so, wie gebucht. Bin sehr zufrieden und kann es weiterempfehlen.

Kurzfristige Buchung in der Hochsaison, es wurden mehrere Angebote unterbreitet, bis es vom Termin her für uns gepasst hat. Super! Der Urlaub kann kommen.

Kreditkartenzahlung online jedes Mal nicht möglich
Es ist jedes Mal!!! das Bezahlsystem, das nicht funktioniert. Ich möchte mit Kreditkarte bezahlen und werde nicht zur weiteren Eingabe der Kartennr.weitergeleitet. Auch dieses Mal hat man mir dann die IBAN per mail zum Bezahlen geschickt. Das nervt sehr.

Sehr geherte Frau Friedmann, die Unannehmlichkeiten tun uns sehr leid. Manchmal lädt das System die Checkout-Seite für die Zahlung aufgrund von Blockierungen durch den vom Nutzer verwendeten Browser nicht. Alternativ können Sie anstelle der Überweisung einen „Pay by Link“ beantragen. Wir werden dies bei zukünftigen Meldungen berücksichtigen. Vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback.

Umbuchung eines Zimmers
Der Kontakt mit dem Hotel ist wirklich problemlos. Ich wollte ein Zimmer umbuchen und habe in kürzester Zeit ein neues Angebot bekommen . Die Mitarbeiterin war zuvorkommend und freundlich.
