Purchased a crossbody waterproof sling bag received item nice and quick and absolutely loved the bag! I received the bag at the start of February it’s now only April and the sling as snap on me!!! This is a bag that is supposed to protect my electronics iPads/phones etc it snapped while over my shoulder and smashed into the ground resulting in my iPhone breaking its screen front and back! The bag honestly does look great but at the price I expect it to last longer than 2 months it never has much weight in the bag and is only used to carry my iPad and phones chargers etc! I have emailed a few days ago now with no reply as of yet! There’s is no contact phone number either! I have given 1 star atm as they have failed to respond to my email so far, I paid £48.99 for a bag that lasted 2 months and left me with a broken iPhone screen front and back! Will update if I ever get a response from them

Absolutely appalling customer service. The bags do not last and for the price it is absolutely disgusting. Strap has ripped in 2 and frayed and sponge has split on the inside. Have emailed 5 times over the last month and still no reply!!!

I purchased a Bange AT-S Anti-theft Laptop Backpack June last year, for my husband's birthday. He was delighted with the backpack and regularly used it for work. However, both zips went on the backpack rendering it useless. Whilst I appreciate that items do not last forever, I do expect that for the price of this backpack, it would last much longer than 15 months. The Backpack was good condition and my husband has looked after it. I emailed Euston Bags three times and have had no reply. So, if you would rather not pay a lot of money for a backpack that only lasts for an unacceptable short period and give money to a company that does not respond to their customers enquiries, then I would avoid Euston Bags.

Ordered a laptop backpack that also converts into more of a hold all. Really happy with the quality and build.
Spoke with customer service - think it might have been the owner? As he was very professional, polite and wanted to make sure I was happy.

Think it’s a small company so can understand why they want to keep costs down by asking that returns are in re-sellable conditions. Which seems like a fair request to me, and happy to support a small business.

I bought the Holdall Backpack as a Christmas gift but when it arrived we found it uncomfortable and impractical, it does not accomplish basic backpack functionality which is to be accessed from the top.
I wanted to return or exchange the product; after an urgent trip abroad due to a family emergency I tried to do so but Euston Bags customer service is non-existent.

The product came with no return label and no return instructions. There is no phone number or email address on the website, there is a chat that does not work from any browser or device.

I wrote to them 5 times using the "contact us" form they have. I had no answer at all, not even an automatic one.

Any reputable company must have a customer service and mechanism for returning products. This has been an appalling experience and I am still waiting for my refund.

Great product, really practical for my busy lifestyle. Good quality, sturdy, and looking to using it for years to come.

The bag is of poor quality for the sale prize. I'm very disappointed.The material is very cheap.

I was very pleased with this product, it is spacious, well made and has lots of pockets for storage it also looks attractive. I cannot wait to use it now.

Starting a new role I was looking for a new bag and researched what I thought I wanted, I finally settled on the TR-X Laptop Travel Rucksack.
The design is extremely well thought out with plenty of storage and importantly waterproof.

After sales customer service non-existent - multiple emails and messages ignored re: a faulty rucksack.

Overall I was very happy with rucksack. However can’t believe this company has sent me a how did we do survey before my parcel has even arrived! Ridiculous.

I would like to add that once the bag arrived it was great and good quality and my husband was very happy with his present.

The company however need to sort their consistency out as their website under delivery states 2-4 business days when in fact their policy is now 4-6 business days.

Excellent customer service. I wasn’t sure if the bag would be too small for what I wanted to put in it so sent a query. Andrew on the sales team measured the bag and emailed pictures showing the dimensions against a tape measure Couldn’t ask for more.

Very quick efficient response to a website issue and issued the purchase without delay - would buy again from them!

Efficiency 100% prompt service with a smile. No disappointment

Started of great and very helpful. Laptop bag made to a high standard until the seams came apart from the lining along the main zip which has resulted in the bag being unusable. Called a number of times, no reply, Facebook messaged with no reply, emailed with no reply, contact us page used with no reply, used what's app and EVENTUALLY got a response with "your 6 month warranty has expired" nothing else..... complaints email doesn't work and they have no other contact number.

Very frustrating and customer service very poor. I would have been buying from them for Christmas presents but I will now AVOID.
