Bag received with front side pushed in!
When i received the bag, it had white stuff on it which i did manage to remove. However, bag front side was pushed in a little which ruined bag shaped. I was very disappointed that I spent considerable amount of money for this bag and the quality was not up to standard. I will not be reordering from Euston bags again!

Great bag, it came in time for my trip. The only issue I'm having is making the straps stay in position as they frequently keep loosening the tightness, and I'm mean like every 5mins. Love the phone charge bit as it's so handyð UPDATE November 2022: I have finally just found out how to pull the straps to make them stay in place.
