This bag is everything and more than I need.

I can literally fit everything that I need in one bag that I can wear over my body, leaving my hands free for duty free!!

Passports and travel documents, money, Samsung Tablet, mobile phone, keys, book to read, power pack... there is plenty of room in this bag. i was even able to include a t-shirt and sliders so i could get more comfortable on the plane.

Happy with purchase bought as a gift. It arrived quickly. The bag I bought is well designed and had plenty of room inside. After putting laptop and books in the bag there is still space and it doesn't feel heavy due to the well designed straps.

The bag was marketed as having loads of storage options ‘for water bottles, umbrellas...’. Essentially the bag is mainly one large space where you could put whatever you want. Alternatives have clear pockets for quick access, pen holders, key hooks, etc. Nothing complex, but would help in organisation. Not compartmentalised.
I emailed to ask to return the bag. I was swiftly contacted and I was offered slots for the bag to be collected. No queuing at the post office. Exactly on time, the bag was collected and an email received to confirm this. I was disappointed the bag was not as expected, but the returns procedure made the process 100% painless. Therefore for service, I can only offer top marks!
