Em đã tự lò mò học hỏi rất lâu mà không có câu trả lời. Em đã rất may mắn được tham gia lớp học địa ốc của anh và em đã có được giải đáp tất cả những thắc mắc từ trước đến giờ.

Bây giờ em đã biết mua căn nhà thứ 2 cần những gì và làm sao có thể mua được. Trước giờ em toàn là nghĩ sai thôi.

Mình qua Mỹ được vài năm, mình 28 tuổi, kiến thức về tài chính cá nhân và đầu tư còn hạn hẹp và mong lung. Và mình thấy kiến thức anh chia sẽ trên mxh rất chân thật và rõ ràng nên mình đã book một khoá 1:1 về tài chính cá nhân và đầu tư. Cảm nghỉ của mình sau khi hoàn tất khoá học:
_Mỗi buổi học mới lại là một kiến thức mới mà mình nghỉ là có đi học cũng không biết được vì đây là những kinh nghiệm anh đã trải nghiệm và chia sẻ cho mình. Từ những kiến thức cơ bản nhất tới những trick và tips cho đầu tư.
_Thay đổi cách tư duy của mình từ trước giờ, xây dựng một con đường tài chính từ giờ cho tới 20 30 năm sau một cách rõ ràng và cực kì khoa học. Anh dùng kinh nghiệm hơn 12 năm đi làm và đầu tư của mình để đưa ra những ví dụ cụ thể về những sai lầm của anh để mình rút kinh nghiệm.
_Anh vui vẻ và truyền đạt rất dễ hiểu.
_Mình cảm thấy rất tự tin sau khi hoàn tất khoá học.
Nếu bạn nào thực sự muốn xây dựng một kinh tế vẫn trãi, tự do tài chính trong tương lai mình nghỉ đây là kiến thức bạn nên đầu tư cho mình càng sớm càng tốt. Còn đối với cô chú anh chị đã có công việc ổn định có kinh tế ổn định thì đây cũng là khoá học đầu tư bổ ích để mình tạo dựng kinh tế vẫn trãi cho mình và con cái. This was an impressive coaching on real estate investment with Evan. Initially, I had some reservations about joining his course, as I believed I had a basic understanding of the subject. However, I was thoroughly impressed by what I learned from his course, and so were my fellow classmates. His step-by-step guidance, from the fundamentals to more complex aspects of housing investment, was invaluable. Moreover, his ability to deliver knowledge in a clear and easy-to-understand manner left me feeling confident in making informed decisions. As a result, I am now equipped to navigate the world of real estate without being overwhelmed by the abundance of information out there.

I had an class with Evan for investing in real estate for busy people working 9-5 jobs in four weeks and it was amazing. It's much more than just a normal class. He shared everything single small thing from his own experience so we won't step in the wrong path again, which is what I need to prepare for in my life. I got all answers for my questions clearly, for example should I pay off a house with cash or do loans, should we get a property manager or manage it by my self, should I build ADU or buy duplex or triplex. His class taught me more than enough to buy and invest in real estate. Thank you Evan once again.

I had taken the 1:1 Financial Coaching Program from Evan and it changed my life. Because it’s
a 1:1 program so each plan is specifically designed based on your goals and personality. The
plan is unique and is only for you so that you can understand what your weakness and strength
is. During the program, Evan focused not only on hard skills such as real estate, stocks,... but
also soft skills, the skills that many people underestimate but are very needed for young people
