Ordered 3 tops costing me over £50.
One, I am very happy with, one I don't think I ordered and the sleeves are too tight and the third one is a VERY small size in a bag stating it was a Large size.
I'm now stuck with two unwearable tops, which it will cost me more than they are worth, to return.
WILL NOT BE BUYING FROM THE EVER AGAIN!

I was surprised to see many unhappy customers, personally it's been okay for me.

My first experience - the item I wanted wasn't available after all, so I was emailed by staff offering a different one or a refund. I got the refund within days, no bother.

Second experience - I received my coat looking like in the pictures, it's very obviously the exact same item and no issues with sizing either. Totally satisfied.

One thing to note, they do send from Asia, so it is going to take time for your package to arrive.

Is a fraud I pay more the 200dls and no receive nothing I mail to many times and no answer is really scamer people

Received my first order and was VERY impressed with the quality of both the sweater and the jeans l ordered. The fit was perfect and both items were extremely well made. Even the sturdy, artsy plastic bags the items were packaged in were impressive! Obviously a top notch company! Will definitely order from them again soon.

Look I have some Eva Trends dresses that I LOVE so I ordered more of them and got knock offs poorly made, incorrectly sized and obviously from somewhere in Asia due to the characters on the mailing envelope. SO disappointed, now I am afraid to buy any more in case I am not on the true site.

Recieved my order in the time promised. Dresses were exactly as i ordered. Cood quality fabric, true to discription. I love my dresses. Was very pleased as i am a new online shopper and have been disappointd with a couple of sites recieving knock offs nothing like their pictures. (Callubuy and tendaisy). Will use evatrends again, love their dresses.

I’m absolutely broken! I’m a carer for my dad on the least money ! However I had a little windfall and decided to buy a whole new wardrobe!! BIG MISTAKE! Over £300.00 pounds with of cloths returned to Eva Trends over four weeks ago with no refund ! And now ignoring my Emails .. cost me £40.00 to return through registered mail also 👎😭

Thanks EVA TRENDS!!! I love your dresses as you can tell: I have bought more than 60 dresses in less than a year!!! I wear them every day. I’m so pleased about the quality of the materials, good price, beautiful prints, and don’t have complaints about nothing.

I bought some clothing and the sizes were far off from their size chart. I kept one item and returned 4 items. they were returned to the company in December and acknowledged as returned in January by email. The company sent another email after asking me which SKUs I had returned, even though I had sent the order number in an email with all the information and included all the shipping invoices with the return. I have not yet received a refund for the returned items, although I have written several emails and been assured the refund would be made within days. (Spolier alert--it has been weeks and not yet.) This company has horrendous customer service.

Absolutely amazing service. I love my dress it looks exactly how I imagined. I will recommend it 2 all my friends. I love the free gift.

I paid more than 20 quid for express delivery, since I needed the items to arrive before Christmas because they were my mum's Christmas present. They assured they would arrive. Then they didn't arrive on time and couldn't give my mother her gift. After that they promised to refund. Now that I'm asking for my refund they don't reply to my emails. THIEVES. Don't ever use that page again. Also item is shorter than in the picture. Doesn't match.
Worst customer service, they're liars.

Clothes are great and delivery time is not bad considering delivery address is Australia. However, you will need to take the risk that the item will fit as their return process does not work! Item did not fit so returned as per their instructions. Eva Trends acknowledged receipt of the item and requested details of the replacement item I would like. Identified the item and they asked me to return the previous item before they would ship. Advised them that have already received it. And so it began!!!! Three months later, still waiting for replacement item and they have now stopped communicating!! Extremely frustrating!

I fell in love with my dungarees on sight. I absolutely love them, they are my happy pants & I get asked to wear them to my volunteer job lol. I have been asked where I got them & couldn't recommend you any higher. The price, the turn around time, the customer service & a wonderful product will be bringing me back. I have spread the word about Eva Trend :)

La qualité et l'originalité ainsi que les différentes coupes des articles proposés sur le site EVA TRENDS, font que J'ai acheté une dizaine de robes, ensembles, manteau dans lesquels je me sens à l'aise et élégante.
De ce fait J'ai passé une nouvelle commande (2 robes et 1 ensemble) que je vais bientôt recevoir, car les livraisons en express demandent a peine 10 jours de délai à compter de la date de la commande.
Tous les jours je vais sur le site découvrir les nouveaux arrivages et je mets en attente dans mon panier... Il faudrait que j'arrête de regarder les nouveautés, je manque de place dans mon dressing. ... J'ADORE EVA TRENDS site sérieux 😍
