Rob came out twice - once for a quote, and once again for the install, 6 weeks later. Faultless service, despite a shortage of cable in our area, and my failure to do the prep work I promised to do (!). Neatest job we’ve had done, compared to Sky, British Gas, etc. He spent all day getting it just right. It was the first VCHRGD charger he’d installed, but stayed an extra hour making sure it was all connected via the app.

Jordan was very knowledgeable and helpful from the word go. Charger install was completed as agreed and was happy to help with setup issues.

Jordan came almost immediately to give me a quote
On arriving he surveyed the job area and as he was assessing the job was telling me what he would be doing at each section what cable he would use what charger he would use what junction boxes he would use
And that I could use the ""Ohme"" charger point with an app on my phone
He went home to write up a quote
He sent me an email with the quote
and asked me for a half of the total cost
When I paid I sent too much
20 min later he contacted me to say that I had over paid
Not many would do that
Jack arrived at 8.30am
And began work
The work was carried out just the way I wanted neatly and both guys tidyed-up
Jordan showd me how to down load the app, and how to use the charger
Jack and Jordan made sure everything was clean and tidy and that I was happy before they left
Before he left Jordan tested the charger with my car to see if everything was working properly
Both guys were polite, cheerful and respectful
