Exceptional support before, during, and after the data purchase, every question, issue, or specific request was addressed and resolved within a few hours. The data coverage is extensive. In my case, a minor adjustment to the sources filtering was needed, but overall highly recommended.

This is a really wonderful service. I am a course development assistant at a university, and we used the data to create a group project assignment for students. An easy-to-use API, the content is consistently good, and so is the availability and the responsive support. Sometimes a few more full-text articles would be nice, and depending on the use case, a little more transparency regarding the licensing of the content would be helpful.

It has a good number of news articles uptil 2017. Its easy to use and the sandbox feature makes it easier to access the API.

Fast API for searching and customer support was really helpful when I had questions. Bonus points for being available late in the evening.

Overall good service, seems like it works as promised and the customer service is great at adapting to our needs and providing flexibility.

We work with event registry for about 5 months now. API is working well and we never had any problems. Support was always available to us when we needed it - via email or even zoom call.

We also reported some issues with encoding of newspapers articles, and they fixed it quickly.

I had to stick with them because of a lack of options, but support was terrible, got no answers or actual assitance. I needed help with some fields i wanted to retrieve and this was the answer I got was, "This is the same documentation and terminology that we offer to all of our 300+ clients including Bloomberg, OECD, World Bank, PwC, Deloitte, Capital One Bank and many more.

Bassically no help, but alot of braging, maybe if you are a large or multinational company with programers who have advanced expereience using this api you´re good but if not probably you will rely on luck to extract what you need.
