The item that arrived looked completely different to the picture advertised. Be aware and do not purchase from this company. They said the return costs had to be borne by myself and it had to be shipped back to Italy!

I am a size 16 and received a size 8 shorts set. I have been chasing this company for over 8 weeks and they expect me to deliver the item back to Italy. They are also providing me an incorrect postcode and ignoring me. I would never order from this company. I am considering contacting trading standards.

Awful from start to finish, apart from very good customer service from a lady called Olivia. I ordered 3 co-ord sets from here for a festival I had the following weekend so gave this 8 days to arrive. The website initially says this will arrive in 3-5 days - it didn't arrive until nearly 3 weeks later. I never received any updates so had to log in somewhere online to check and then found out in was being sent from China. They make out they are based in London which is a LIE. Then when it finally arrived the delivery driver left the items in the rain and I only found it out there after contacting customer services. It also had a big gaping hole in it and luckily the items were wrapped inside. I didn't even bother opening the items as could immediately see it was the wrong colour and awful quality through the wrapping. I then learnt I had to return the items to Italy which would cost me £20 even though I had waited nearly 3 weeks for arrival and had that terrible service. There was no willingness to refund this back to me unless I took the option to not return and only get 40% of the money back. The whole thing has been so awful and I hope others see this before they buy so they don't have to go through this awful experience. This company should be shut down.

This company is a complete SHAM! AVOID at all costs! After seeing them advertised on Facebook I ordered what I thought was a gorgeous pair of jeans called ‘northern lights balloon jeans’. They had money off so I thought I’d treat myself. I was also under the impression the company was based in the UK. My jeans arrived within 2 weeks of ordering them, despite me being based in the UK. They didn’t ship from UK… they shipped from CHINA! This is not mentioned ANYWHERE on their site. It just states UK for UK orders and Italy for EU ones. When the jeans arrived they looked NOTHING like the ones advertised, and were absolutely massive! The colour and style wasn’t the same and to top it all off the button hole was still stitched. When I asked for a full refund after being sold an incorrect product, I was advised I would have to return the jeans to ITALY, at MY cost. The audacity! They then said without returning them I would be entitled to a 40% refund. I am disgusted and never again will I buy from here or anywhere unheard of advertised on Facebook. They’re an absolute sham and I told them that too. Now I’ll await to see if I actually receive my refund!

Ordered a co ord set on 4th July it arrived on 24th. The item looked nothing like the picture. Asked to return and was told I could return to Italy at my cost or 65% refund and keep the item. They have said they have processed the refund and it would take 3 to 5 days I was then told it would take 10 days it’s now been over 2 weeks and still no money. Olivia has been sending me emails however I’m not sure if they are auto generated. Which I had read the reviews. Avoid this company I really don’t know how these people can sleep at night.

Short story of this company is the quality of the items are cheap and market style, at premium prices. The "5-6 days after dispatch time" on the website is a lie, expect to wait at least 2 weeks. When it arrived it didn't reflect the colour and the sizing is all off. Then don't expect to get a full refund unless you want to pay for returns to ITALY?! (£20+) so I was only able to get 50% back on the item. Last time I ever use this company!! SCAM companies like this should be shut down.

If i could give zero stars I would. Avoid this company at all costs. I bought these jeans that looked incredible on the advert with loads of (what I now realise were fake) comments from people saying they are just like the photo. I obviously complained and they said I could return the jeans to an address in italy AT MY COST which I’m now learning would be £20!!! Or accept a 50% refund. These were not cheap jeans so I presumed I was getting the picture! AVOID AVOID AVOID. I will be going through my bank to log a charge back

what a koke these items are , arrive today and the arms of the shirt go down to my knees and also the shorts sized small to medium would fix a xxxxxl person

I took a chance on a bit of impulse internet buying. On receipt the item was faulty and substandard. However..... the customer service (Olivia) was nothing short of excellent; apologetic, prompt, friendly and 4 options given to resolve the issue. Thank you.

Would give zero if it were possible. Totally a scam company.
The clothes looked nothing like the picture. They say they have a London address. But actually do not exist at the London address.
I had the choice to return to Italy at my cost or accept 65% refund. As it would cost me £20 to post it I accepted the latter.
What a rip off ! Please avoid.

Ordered 9th July idnt arrive until 26th July dispite the 6 working day delivery quoted support not helpful! Apparently it was held at the airport! Requested a refund and was told I would need to pay to return to Italy. Quality is poor would not recommend unfortunately, if you want something quickly I would avoid ordering from here

Even though they state if return required a return shipping label will be provided. It isn’t - they want returns paid by customer and to Italy - this is not mentioned anywhere in their advertising. Returns are at customer cost and from UK around £20. Goods were really poor quality and I feel totally ripped off!!!!

I received my purchase today and unfortunately it was too big however I had lost my email with my order number to return it. I messaged this evening on instagram expecting a response on Monday. I got an immediate response with instructions on how to send back. This service was above and beyond it was no issue even out of working hours. The outfit was stunning. Thank you for helping me. I would 1000000% recommend what incredible customer service.

I ordered a gorgeous dress it fit beautifully on top but not quite right at the bottom, so I went to return it. But to my absolute surprise, they told me to keep the dress and pick another one completely free of charge! 😍

Honestly, I had to send a follow-up email because I couldn’t believe how incredible the service was. Olivia from Customer Care was just stunning so kind, helpful, and genuinely caring.

Bought from this company Evercore twice. Decided to leave a review because of Olivia. Great costumer agent, helped me with the sizing. I will buy again for sure

i bought two linen shirts from Evercore, Nice experience overall, the tracking was not accurate. However they have speedy replies to my emails. appreciate this. i would recommend this company

This company appears genuine but supply very poorly made clothing and if you decide to return an item and want a refund they ask for it to be sent to an address in Italy, even though they show a London business address. The cost of posting clothing items to Italy is very expensive and a disincentive to making a return so customers don’t bother. Nowhere on their website do they state returns have to be sent to Italy.
