It's hell trying to set this appâŠ
It's hell trying to set this app up. After a number of attempts, I've been told I need an 'online registration document' to set up the app. Didn't know what they meant by this and was then told it was 'a letter from the GP which contains a number of codes'. I gave up when that was what I was advised, as I knew how hard that would be to obtain - it's generally pretty hard getting through by phone. I'll just have to find other ways of accessing services. I wish they'd thought about this - it doesn't seem fair to expect GP surgeries to carry out such a high level of administration, especially when the original app (Dr IQ) was working pretty well. I wish they'd also considered groups of people who'd find all this really hard - e.g. those who aren't tech/app savvy.

It took 2 days to order a repeat prescription as it kept insisting that I was using illegal characters in my ânotesâ section - I deleted the app, reinstalled it (with bug fixes) and it worked fine âŠ
