Order# 83312. I regularly order meat and some groceries from them but they have very poor customer service. If they are unable to send some items, they never automatically refund. For my latest order, I have sent two WhatsApp messages and one email; however no response, Extremely disappointing and sad behaviour which completely spoils the experience.

During Ramadan, I placed an order of almost £200 with this company and unfortunately had a very bad experience. The mince contained wooden pieces as well as green and black spots, and the chicken arrived smelly and slimy.
I called to complain and was told someone would contact me back, but nobody ever did. It was only after I left a negative review that the manager emailed me, offering a refund for the mince and promising me a 10% discount on a future order.
Because of this gesture, and because I genuinely do not like leaving bad reviews for a Muslim business, I decided to give them another chance. In good faith, I removed my previous reviews and recently placed another large order of around £150.
Sadly, this second experience was disappointing as well.
First, the promised 10% discount was never applied. One of the main reasons I placed another large order was because of that promise.
Secondly, the instructions I clearly left regarding the meat cuts were completely ignored. I specifically asked for the 1kg Halal Spring Lamb Neck Chops to be kept whole, but they were chopped into tiny random pieces. I also asked for large thick pieces for the 1kg Halal Mutton Neck Chops, yet again received very small cuts.
I emailed the manager about these issues and about the missing discount almost two weeks ago and received absolutely no reply.
At this point, it honestly feels like this company only responds when a public negative review is left, which is very unfortunate.
I tried to be understanding, gave them another chance, removed my previous reviews in good faith, and still ended up disappointed again. Very upsetting experience overall.

The worst experience in my life...the meat was disgusting , not fresh ...when I called them to tell that they were very rude. I don t recommend to buy from here !

High Quality food produce, service provided, packaging, and prompt delivery time. Everything arrived in perfect condition. Box was intact no damage.

My only grumble is dpd delivered the parcel on my doorstep without ringing my doorbell.

Delivery was fast, all the meats I ordered were cut, cleaned and fresh. Will definitely be ordering from them from now on.

Absolutely fantastic! Prompt delivery of fresh produce which is very well packaged and great customer service received. So happy to have found this company and I know I can easily shop here again, as well as recommend this company to my family and friends.

I have been using Evergreen foods for halal meat and frozen items for nearly two years now and I am extremely pleased with them especially their customer services. They go out of the way to make customers happy and have sent me my order on an urgent basis just before the christmas holiday season. I will recommend it to everyone and assure you wouldnt be disappointed! :)

Good quality halal meat.

Been using their service for a while prompt delivery sometimes ahead of schedule really top quality meat and veg and a great selection of spices and African/afro Caribbean items thank you for a great service.
