EVRI THE WORST DELIVERY COMPANY
I fully appreciate it is the festive period but contacting EVRI is made almost impossible by their own merits. I have a 16 digit Tracking Number that doesn’t work and there hasn’t been any update on my parcel for the last 24 hours. If you go to their help page and input my Tracking Number it just gives me the option to go back to the home page. I personally would NEVER choose to use EVRI’s service but unfortunately the seller i have purchased my parcel off of does and had i had known before hand that they used EVRI i would have took my business elsewhere. Why O Why would anyone choose to use this incompetent company is beyond me and why Trustpilot won’t allow us as reviewers to leave 0(Zero) Stars is something that needs addressing because 1 Star shows i must have a little empathy for EVRI which i obviously don’t.

Evri are without question the worst…
Evri are without question the worst delivery company operating in the UK.
My parcel was marked as “delivery attempted” on a date when Evri did not even have possession of the parcel. That is not a mistake — it is false tracking information. I have CCTV covering my property and there was no delivery attempt at all, no driver, no card, nothing.
After chasing repeatedly and providing clear evidence, Evri eventually admitted that no delivery attempt ever took place and that the parcel is now lost in their network. The items were Christmas presents, meaning the damage was already done by the time they acknowledged the truth.
What makes this worse is the complete lack of accountability:
• Automated, copy-and-paste responses
• Contradictory tracking updates
• No real investigation
• No urgency, despite the time of year
This is not my first issue with Evri, and judging by the sheer number of similar complaints online, it won’t be the last for many others either.
If you value your time, your money, or your sanity, avoid any retailer that uses Evri. This company is simply not fit for purpose.
Ordered pipers crisps
Ordered pipers crisps, due 11th December. Sent via EVRI who says they attempted deliver 3 times, a occasions we were at home but no one rang the door bell. Called EBAY AND EVRI customer service both useless and no no response. Now waiting for refund. My MP has written to EVRI Ceo due to unacceptable deliveries in my area. See extract below.... How can an attempt be made when tracking never shows out for delivery!

Terrible company and they tell so many lies and never ever deliver to the right place and when they do they dump them anywhere, my Xmas parcels were delivered 11 miles away, shocking

Looking at all the reviews on Everi I am not surprised to that most of the people giving one Star not even one time I was happy with Everi they service is one of the worst and their customer support is below one Star
Disgraceful on all fronts
Disgraceful on all fronts. Delivery due on 15th. I was then told a failed attempt was made on 13th (nope - later confirmed not true). No comms, so I eventually emailed the CEO (use ceoemail website), and eventually an exec emailed to say that as there had been no updates in 9 days, the package was lost at their hub and I needed to contact the sender. Really!!!! I tried to email back, but they had blocked my email address! And there is no chance of speaking to a human! I then get a "no reply" email from the exec team asking me to rate them - joke, surely .... I'm asking Amazon to stop using Evri and will pursue in the small claims court with as much publicity as possible. Avoid at all costs!

Parcel stuck in limbo, no human support
I ordered a jacket from Frasers on 10 December as a Christmas purchase. On 12 December, Evri marked the parcel as out for delivery to my local Post Office for collection.
As of 23 December, 11 days later, the status still updates daily to “out for delivery today” with no delivery.
Evri has no human customer service. All communication is via bots sending repetitive automated emails that offer no real assistance. There is no escalation, no investigation, and no accountability.
Even worse, Evri fails to notify the retailer that the parcel may be lost, leaving the customer in complete uncertainty.
I have never experienced this level of poor service with DPD or other couriers. I will avoid Evri whenever possible.

Absolutely the worst delivery service ever I have lost up to 7 parcels in this last 3 months there's no actual help apart from a robot on phone that is completely useless

Evri is untrustworthy
We used to have a good trustworthy courier, who always left parcels at the specified place if we weren't in which I always gave a 5 star review for, but recently I've been let down. So here goes, on Saturday 20th Dec at 12.32pm I received a delivery update stating that my parcel was delivered to my address, i was at home and waited in as I was expecting the parcel to be delivered. The courier stated that the parcel was left on my porch. I haven't got a porch? I had stated on the app to put it in my garden arbour bench or with next-door neighbour. There was no knock at the door, neither a ring on my doorbell, no calling card put through my letter box! I checked the photo as apparently proof of delivery and it was just a blank black screen. I looked everywhere, in my bins, in neighbours bins, behind plant pots. I also checked with both sides and opposite neighbours who are honest people. Nowhere to be found! Fuming! I have contacted Evri customer services who are at present looking into the disappearance for me. I feel that now I can't trust Evri anymore. I have read the guys statement about the time he spent working for Evri and the workers are treat appalling, poorly paid and expected to work for free sorting parcels ect at times, but no excuse for dishonesty! If I could give 0 stars I would.

My daughter’s Christmas gift has been with Evri for 2 days without budging.
Was supposed to be delivered by Dec 20th but now won’t arrive until I have already left to travel there for Christmas - I am minus my daughter’s present - thanks a lot EVRI.
Another QVC parcel lost by this…
Another QVC parcel lost by this dreadful company. Amazingly they could not find the parcel to deliver it but quickly found it to return it to QVC! Don't expect any help from evri staff, they make promises then don't keep them. I do not intend to order any further goods from QVC whilst they use this awful courier. They should change their tracking to say we have got your parcel and we are keeping it. QVC do not come out of this well either, The so called complaint procedure is a joke, they do not even come back to the customer and say the incident is only dealt with internally. They share a special relationship with evri a bit like us and the USA. Both companies deserve each other and are well matched. I hope they are proud of the way they have upset my disabled wife.

Twice now, 5 days before Christmas, they lost my parcel. This lot is by far the worst delivery service in the UK. It's like playing Russian roulette whether you'll get your parcel or not. LESS THAN USELESS. Do not take the chance. P.S. I WILL BE CAREFUL IN THE FUTURE TO SEE WHICH COURIER SERVICES SELLERS USE. IF I SEE THESE CLOWNS, I WILL WALK AWAY :(

Purchased a dashcam fromQVC &Evri notified time slot of 15.00 to 17.00 17/12/25 but no delivery….email at 21.40 from Evri stating “ unable to deliver…will attempt to deliver next working day ……still waiting … notified QVC twice …. Just fobbed off … told to wait until weekend when it will be listed as missing
Geofence ?
I was receiving a parcel from evri got message when delivery was due on that delivery window then got a message it couldn't be delivered because of a geofence problem haven't received another date yet and this is a xmas present keeping in mind I get deliveries every other day this was a new excuse for me anybody else had this one
Appalling
What a terrible company .Have been chasing a parcel for the past week which still hasn’t been delivered .An attempt was made and there is a picture of the back gate .The gate is open but they didn’t bother trying to open it ! No way to contact Evri except for a useless chat bot ! No idea what is happening to the parcel now as tracking has stopped .
The worst courier ever
The worst courier ever. Time and time again there's no knock on the door and parcels left on my front doorstep which is directly adjacent to the public path. It's just happened yet again. Numerous times I've had parcels delivered to the wrong address too.
On one occasion this summer my next door neighbours were out when they given a delivery so the driver, instead of knocking on my door, she just shoved it through my open living room window where it dropped to the floor. Appalling service.
Disgraceful service for such a big company
Driver stated that he had left my parcel outside without even trying to knock on the door. However when I eventually received a text to say it had been delivered i went outside but it was nowhere to be seen. They took a photograph as proof of delivery but it proved nothing as it was only a picture of the box with no background of where it was. After numerous messages, I was asked to contact the seller for a refund. I was reluctant to do this as the issue was with delivery driver. However, I did contact the seller who rightly refused a refund as the product had been sent. Numerous messages later I'm still no further forward and still out of pocket.
