As a repeat customer, I expected better. After not one, but TWO defective rings, I was offered a replacement—at a cost of $19.99—despite the issue occurring just outside the 30-day warranty. This policy feels intentionally designed to generate revenue from predictable product failures. It’s disappointing and, frankly, misleading.

I reviewed the warranty before purchase, but the structure suggests Everly anticipates defects and profits from them. As a businesswoman, I understand the strategy—but I don’t support it.

I won’t be purchasing from Everly again, and I’ll advise others to do the same.

If I could give no stars I would. No communication after I purchased when I had queries about the length of shipping. When it arrived a diamond is missing, ring was of very bad quality and I emailed a photo and got NO REPLY AGAIN. This is robbing people’s money.

Rings are complete junk. Rhinestones fall out with a few days on 3 of the rings I purchased. It was replaced however same thing happened after 30 days which is outside the return policy. The rhinestones should not be falling out at all.

I'm in France and I order via Shipito because it's not possible on thé website to ship to France.

I purchased multiple rings from everly a few months ago and loved them. gorgeous styles. however, within only a few months, almost all of the stones have fallen out. i would never recommend this company to anyone. for the price you're paying, it's not worth it. I've purchased better quality rings on amazon for a fraction of the price

The ring came bent and even though the ring came damaged, I am responsible for the fee to ship the ring back. I’ll give them credit for responding within 24 hrs but for a faulty product, I don’t believe a customer should be responsible for the shipping fee. Quality control should’ve been better.

I guess I paid for what I get but even so, I’ve paid for the same price for something just as good on Etsy.

I would give zero stars. Their quality is TRASH as is the service. Amazon has better quality and service. After wearing 1 time 9 stones fell out and they won't even offer credit. Mind you this order just arrived a day ago!

I never contacted anyone, but my ring never looked like the ones in the pictures and videos. It was completely cloudy after a month and the wear wasn’t even daily. I’ve compared it to my sister’s CZ off of Amazon for $18 and hers sparkles WAY more. Buyer beware!

I asked my husband to order a ring from them, to wear everyday instead of my real ring. I was trusting my gut on this one. The ring arrived and my husband waited until our anniversary to give it to me, just a little shy of the return date. I reached out to say the ring was cloudy (what do you expect for $100?) and asked if their cleaning solution would work. I did not receive a reply to my email regarding the cloudiness.

I wore the ring a few times for special occasions and noticed that the ring had sharp edges that were ruining my clothing and everything else. I reached out again for a return or replacement.
They kept ignoring my emails, saying they never received my emails until I sent them a screenshot of the email. Then my emails were magically found.

Since they didn't get back to me until after the return period, they made an exception for me, they wouldn't let me do a return but were willing to do a replacement. I decided to go ahead and do it, sent the ring back (paid for shipping) and was told (with proof) that the ring looked worn and the DIAMOND LOOKED CLOUDY, so they refused to do a replacement.

Well, that only goes to show that their product does not hold up. Their customer service is a shame and frankly, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
