overall good experience
overall good experience, quality can be improved but ok given price with discount.
Reply to the below, the packaging team can be a little diligent as the rice pack was ripped open in the first box so I didn't have the rice. The veggies can be a bit more fresh, some carrots were too wilted (and carrots have long self time already) and one onion in the second box was completely spoilt. The ingredients were also not separately packed per meal (i think they used to or maybe from anther company).

If you're on the fence, go for it!!!
I was always hesitant to look into these style of companies as I'm incredibly picky with the quality of my produce and meat, and thought the meals would be pretty tasteless and repetitive. I could not have been more wrong in my presumptions. Not only is the produce and meat of a high quality, but the meals are incredibly tasty and the variety is astounding. Every week there are so many different options to choose from, and we know that we will not be disappointed in whatever we pick. The portion sizes are good, the price per portion is amazing (around $6.00 per portion - that's unachievable if you went to a supermarket) and we are never bored or wondering what to do for dinner. We tried this plan out of desperation to save some money while on maternity leave, and it's the best decision we've ever made for our family. If you're on the fence, give it a go - the customer service is fantastic, it's easy to pause deliveries if you need to, and it's well worth it!

I love the variety and freshness of meals.
The recipes are easy to follow and sometimes I end up with three servings instead of two which I freeze.

It is always so tasty
It is always so tasty. I like how organised it is that I don’t have to go shopping or planning what meals I will have. Everything is done for me.
There are problems though that I would like to address: 1 - it is weekly subscription, so I expect all ingredients to be at least 7 days of expiration date, often it is not. 2 - it’s often leaking. 3 - if I want another meat instead often I have to pay, can’t just swap.

Easy to cook recipes
Easy to cook recipes, usually very tasty, great value. The ingredients delivered are fresh and good quality.
I generally add some extra veggies, but thats my choice.

In my experience the best of the bunch
I have had a wonderful experience with Everyplate. I have tried all of the meal plans and Everyplate is my favourite. I believe it has the freshest quality and the meat cuts are great quality. My daughter loves all the food. I would say the recipes are less adventurous but that works great for kids! Very happy.

Very convenient having your weeks meals delivered to your door. Only need a few pantry staples as everything else is included in the meal kits. Very simple and time efficient for prep and quite tasty meals

Customer service lacking
I have received off meat, no meat, vegetables that are off within the day and mouldy bread. Anytime I post a complaint or missing item, I never hear back.

The meal I had chose were fairly basic…
The meal I had chose were fairly basic for a family of 6. But it's actually a great variety it's awesome to have different meals planned out that I would never have though about doing.
However I think cooking times are inadequate and the produce that I received seems to be out of date or going out of date in a day meaning my weeks order has to be cooked in 2 days . Veggie produce must be seconds cause I got some rotted potatoes /onions/ carrots/ capsicums and lettuce.
Some of the beef mince smelt really sour on the first meal smelt like a bad fart the smell didn't go away even when cooking so we put that meal in the bin

Tasty meals
Meals are great, servings are perfect, they are tasty and easy to cook. However they are repetative and when you have a fussy eater it doesn't give you a lot of choice.
