I ordered several items ready for my new puppy. One wasn't in stock in the colour I selected, so I was notified straight away and offered a refund or a different colour - which was what I chose because the colour didn't really matter. I was a bit surprised that the toys were shipped in several consignments as I hadn't realised that might happen, but I was kept informed throughout and everything arrived. I've just placed another order because I was pleased with Every Tail's customer service and the quality of the products

My standard dachshund is 15.5 and her head is going bald so the snood was perfect and she loved it. Speedy delivery and great customer service. Thank you

Excellent customer service, they were so responsive and amazingly helpful!! I can’t wait for my order to come. Afia was so lovley and could tell that she genuinely wanted the best for my doggo (helped in detail with sizing of fleece). 10/10!!
