Tom P, our account manager, was a pleasure to work with and was very communicative, answered all of our questions promptly and thoroughly, and ensured our holiday gift was ready within the timeline we needed, despite a production hiccup. Immediately after placing my order, I wrote a highly regarded review based on the consistent, expedious responses from the representative. I paid for expedited delivery and was assured that my brain stress ball relievers would arrive on time. Well, that did not happen. The rep appeared concerned about my frustration and stated they would ensure I would be satisfied. I received the stress brains a day after my event took place (10Dec25). The communication completely ceased and there hasn't been any acknowledgement of my addressed concerns. I sent an emailed stating my dissatisfaction with the late delivery and appearances of the balls. The print is too small on the ball, my logo color is incorrect, the balls look cheap and I want a refund and/or my order corrected.

The sales representative, Alaizza Saylon, was extremely friendly and thorough. She made the entire experience of purchasing the product very easy from start to finish.

Dan was extremely helpful and patient through the whole process as well as an informative and making sure the product is in my hand on the date that we discussed last. Also, finding alternate items to make the processing time faster.

While the ordering & re-order process was great; the actual delivered product was not. Our original order (incorrect label) and re-order (incorrect seeds) were both incorrect. As our order was time sensitive, we had to use what we had; which created a huge issue with our event sponsor. While this was a supplier error, and replacements were sent; they will miss our deadline for distribution. In addition, the Customer Care Team, seemed to imply that it would be "up to the supplier" to provide a refund. THEY sold us the product. EverythingBranded should instantly provide a monetary refund; once they documented the error. We're still waiting.

Customer service was exceptional. Rozette knew everything about the product and got right back to me with the answers I needed. I would highly recommend using her for service, you won’t be disappointed.
