Angela was very communicative and rushed to fulfill our requests. The product arrived in great shape, and as we requested.

AJ responded very quickly to my need for help with a misprinted order. He provided follow through and coordinated with customer service on my behalf until the issue was resolved. Thank you, AJ!

Ordered customized stuffed animals for a new small business. Putting aside that the process took far too long to get an acceptable prototype, when product was finally received months later, the quality was terrible. Each one looked different and was a different size than the one before and after it. Fur was falling out in clumps, sewing was sloppy, face features were inconsistent (varying shape and size of eyebrows, nose and eyes embroidered in different places), some did not sit up... completely unusable. Reached out to Everything Branded to express my disappointment; they initially apologized, requested provided photos to illustrate the issues (which I provided) and said they'd look into it. After a few weeks and multiple follow uups on my part, they ultimately said there was nothing they could (would?) do about it, denied my request for a refund and simply stopped communicating. Over $1,000 down the drain. This is NOT the way to do business. Hoping a complaint to the Better Business Bureau will result in some satisfaction.

NOTE: Responded to vendor two days after their response on Trust Pilot to provide all the information and chain of emails... it is now 1/19/26 (10 days later) and they STILL have not responded. They obviously have no intention of making this right.

I left an earlier review on here as I was just getting placing my order. This is an update of the experience so far.

What I've learned is they provide great service until they get your money, then they drop you. My rep definitely buttered my up to write a good review the first time. I should have known to wait until the order delivered. It turns out my item could not be produced as advertised, so I opted to cancel the order before any production occurred. Processing a refund takes months, if you're lucky enough to get a response from anyone. We started the order in mid-August. It's now late December and no refund in sight.

Run far away from this company!

I ordered 50 pairs of knee high dress socks with my logo as equestrian boot socks. They came out PERFECTLY! Byron was very easy to work with, responsive and made the changes i requested to make my design perfect. They came quickly just in time for client christmas gifts and are great quality for the money. Very happy with my purchase!

We placed an order on October 1st for swag for an Elemetnary school fundraising event. Our event was taking place on November 11th. We were ensured by the sales rep, Kelvin Soberano that the product would arrive on time. We were then told that the promotional items were coming from overseas and would not arrive on time. When I tried reaching out to Keven via email and phone, I received no response. We finally received the our order on Wednesday, December 10th. It had in fact been delivered to the wrong building the week before, due to the company also putting in the wrong address. After several back on forths with their general customer service team about the quality of service and the estremely late arrive of the promotional items the company said they would offer us a $200 credit to use with them. We will never order from this company again and I advice any schools or non-profits to do the same.
