Covid test instructions too small for person with normal eye sight to read! Far too much information crammed into leaflet. Really it’s not rocket science is it? A few simple clear cut instructions on box with diagrams would suffice, and cut down on cost and waste. Will not use again.

Probably the most difficult covid test I’ve ever used. Instruction leaflet far too small to read. And plastic bottle made of rigid plastic with corners - impossible to squeeze!

Easy to follow instructions, simple one-step process, quick and easily to read result. Would reccomend to anyone.

Great company, definitely recommend using them! Very helpful and supportive & got my results back within a few hours. Perfect company to use for tests when travelling :)

Bought 2 ‘everything genetic’ tests and both came back negative for my partner and I. Then (within an hour) we did 4 ‘flow flex’ tests EACH! All came back positive. We were stunned. Do not buy these ‘everything genetic’ tests! I was due to visit a care home tomorrow - thank god I re-tested. Dangerous and potentially deadly

Avoid these like the plague
Tested positive one day and was clearly ridden with covid as had all the most current symptoms.
My partner bought 2 of these as they were in the local Tesco.
The first one came up completely negative, not even a very slight red line. So I thought it must be a dud as it was less then 24 hours since ‘flowflex’ antigen rapid test.

I used the 2nd one after re-reading the instructions I couple of times to make absolute sure I’d followed them correctly. And again came up negative! so my partner returned to boots to buy a couple of ‘flow flex’ test and lo and behold it was showing positive.
So to have 2 duds one after the other is very dangerous as how many people have gone out and spread it to someone vulnerable after using these tests.

Their Covid tests kits are really poor. Bought 2 a few weeks apart from Tesco Gave a negstive reading both times even when I was positive for covid.These tests barely give a discernible negative C line!
The fluid just sits in well and doesn't go in easily at all and actually most of it goes everywhere.
The Flowflex tests are much
£2 wasted with these

Update : The company did respond quickly, apologised and sent 2 free tests,which was kind. However,the test still barely shows even a C line and not convinced would reveal a true positive result. Preferred another well-known brand totally.

I have had issues with other test facility providers and have found Everything Genetic easy and extremely helpful to deal with, they actually answer the phone and not pass you onto an automated system, also less expensive than most other sites.

In these difficult times Everything Genetic have made the process of Covid19 testing for travel painless. The online ordering system works well and any queries are quickly answered by the telephone support team. We have now used the service three times with excellent results and will continue to do so whilst it is necessary. The prices are reasonable compared to other providers and if refunds become necessary they are paid promptly, without fuss. Overall an excellent service.

I have used this company through a third party a couple of times now but today I was very stressed out in regards to accidentally activated my test and given the postage and time. I would need to get sorted for the time frame I had I was very stressed out and I had had to call a few people before from both the third part company and everything genetic the customer service I received from reef (I hope thats how you spell it apologies if not) was so professional that I found myself very calmed by his efforts to help find out all the information he could to help with my query which really made a difference to my day and I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

I needed some help to navigate a video observed lateral flow test. I called customer service and reached Shirley who helped me get the appropriate URL, sent me new verification codes, and documentation I needed. She called me throughout the process and met every commitment. She was exceptional.

Used Everything Genetics recently for fit to fly PCR test and the overall experience was very good. The customer service provided by Tapis and Shirley Allen was excellent !!!
