Tests were posted Saturday evening and results arrived Wednesday afternoon after having called them the same morning.
So not so great.

Clear options on the website.
Clear instructions and kit.
The only improvement- could be clearer communication at the time of ordering about exactly when the kit would be delivered and email or SMS updates before delivery

Didn't use test as Government changed rules to PCR but Antigen tests returned and credit issued promptly and in full. Many thanks.

Test kits arrived promptly but by the time we travelled the regulations had changed to require PCR tests.

Kits arrived on time, easy to use.
Sent back but results didn’t come back for ages. My daughters came back 3days before mine although being sent the same time

I ordered a lateral flow test, but by the time I entered the UK the regulations had changed & I had to visit a clinic for a PCR. The lateral flow will be saved for when I need it. It did arrive promptly to my destination address.

We trust your organisation and have used your tests several times to enable us to travel abroad. However, we found last time, when we ordered the LF tests, the instructions card enclosed with the test did not match the procedure we actually had to follow. The card instructed us to record a video of us taking the test, but we were unable to find the relevant link online to do this. If you change the way you expect clients to provide evidence of the test procedure, please can you ensure that the documents sent in the post faithfully reflect what we are expected to do and see online. We used for the lateral flow tests day 2 arrival from France to UK (just before travel rules changed again to PCR). Everything worked well: system was quite straightforward and we got our results quickly. Price was also reasonable. So hopefully, this will continue with now obligatory PCR tests. One puzzle was that my test arrived by tracked Royal Mail 2 days after my husband’s, despite me ordering and paying for them (ie the 2 tests) exactly same time. Not sure why system couldn’t post them out together? I guess it’s automatised or something. Anyway, we still had the two by the necessary Day 2 deadline.
I would recommend this company and hope to use again provided prices remain reasonable.

The Lateral Flow Test has never been delivered.
Everything Genetic Ltd has never returned the fees which have been paid for their service.
The customer service requires you to deal with their logistical issue by yourself.
(I am really sorry that I had to leave this negative review here, I wish the purpose of writing here would be completely opposite).

Ordering a test was quick and easy.
The processes was easy to perform and most of the instruction video was clear. The only confusing thing was the video was asking you to video yourself taking the test where as all you needed to do was upload a before and after photo of the test block, which was much easier. I am sure that has been sorted now.

Delivery on time. Result fast.

Absolutely appalling, never got the kit and never got reimbursement or replacement. Most unhelpful customer service (I have been running a mail order company for 21 years and have an idea of decent customer care)

Watch for price changes. Apart from that the delivery and customer service were fine. Would not use again and have recommended to my friends another firm from the government list

Application for myself and my wife for a visit to France.
The online application process was straight forward and the price was very competitive.
The test kit was delivered promptly.
Unfortunately our travel dates changed to May 2022.
Everything Genetics Ltd. have agreed to amend to the new dates.
