I recently placed another order with Everything Liquid and, as always, it arrived very quickly (the day after ordering). They have the best prices for the highest quality on the market. The stock is clearly very fresh and top tier. What really impressed me was the customer service. I had a few questions about my order and Mike was absolutely brilliant. He worked tirelessly, emailing after hours, to make sure that I was completely happy with everything. It’s rare to find high quality stock backed by a team that genuinely cares about their customers and goes above and beyond on the customer service front especially in the vaping scene. I highly recommend Mike and the team. Thanks again!

Very reliable. I have been buying from them for years. Their coils seem to last longer than ones I used to buy from other suppliers. Great customer support

Second time ordering from this company,great service and products,ordered nicotine and some flavours this time round,very good quality,next day delivery even though they don’t promote that it is.

This review is in 2 parts. One for the delivery service (which they have little control of) and the 2nd is their customer service ( which they have control of). My order number: #134486
My complaint:
Your delivery company, DPD, did not even attempt to deliver my parcel – I know because I work from home, and there was no knock at the door or vehicle in my road at the time they "attempted" to deliver it. It was far easier for them to deliver it to the local delivery hub. Today I got a message saying that it would be sent back to you if I didn't collect it today, so I rearranged meetings to go and collect it, only to be told that their system was down, and they couldn't let me have it. So, it will now be going back to you, as their system won't be back up for a couple of days. So what happens now?? You have taken my money and were contracted to deliver my goods TO MY HOME. This didn't happen, and I can't even collect WHAT I HAVE PAID FOR due to the incompetence and dishonesty of your delivery company. What are you going to do about the situation? I will not be using your company again unless you find another delivery company, because DPD cannot be trusted. Please respond immediately with your solution to this issue.
They responded to say that they would send it out via Royal Mail. 4 days later, I queried what was happening:

1. I received no email - either in junk or inbox.
2. I put the tracking number in, and they said they tried to deliver it on 13/09/2024 - they gave me the option for redelivery - please see attached screenshot - saying that my postcode doesn't match their records.
This whole thing has been an unmitigated disaster - please refund my money so I can order from elsewhere.
This was sent several days ago, and I have had no response.
So, I can only conclude that they have taken my money, and not delivered my goods or a refund. I will never use them again. Hopeless company.

I have been buying from this company for a while now and all my orders have been great.

However the last order was completely unacceptable. I purchased their 72mg PG Nicotine Base as I always do from this company. It was a nice clear scentless thin liquid so I thought nothing was out of the ordinary.

I mixed up some juice at 6mg and left it to sit over night, shaking it regularly (basically my regular routine when making juices)

I sampled some of it the next day and there was this horrible peppery/bitter taste followed by a burning sensation in my throat, later on in the day I started to feel unwell.

I was adamant something was wrong with the nicotine because this has never happened before. So I made up a fresh sample bottle with the exact same ratios and ingredients and did my usual shake and leave over night routine, except this time I did not include any nicotine base in the mix.

Tried the sample today in the afternoon and it's as smooth as a whistle, beautiful sweet strawberry taste, no bitter taste, no burning throat and feeling totally fine.

So I am now fully convinced something is certainly wrong with the nicotine, it can't be oxidization because it was complete clear in colour.

My only conclusion is perhaps traces of something is left in the nicotine from the extraction process (some kind of acid?)

I think this product needs pulling and have its contents fully investigated!

And that's that. I'm sourcing other suppliers now because I do not trust anything after that experience.

ordered nicotine which was dispatched quickly and well wrapped but unfortunately it stunk like isopropyl alcohol.
i mixed up a 250ml bottle and that stunk even with only 33ml of nic added and threw it in the bin as it's probably chemicals from the nicotine extraction which haven't been removed and therefore dangerous to vape.
i messaged them but they stopped answering my e mails.
cost me £30 for nic and £15 for the concentrate and base it ruined.

I’ve been buying from everything’s a quid since day 1 I can’t quite believe it’s now it’s 2nd birthday. I find alsorts of beautiful qood quality things I “need” lol Sarah is a lovely lady always on hand to advise . All clothing I have had have been a very good quality, my weight fluctuates and this is the best thing I have found to accommodate this and also saving clothes from going to landfill . Keep up the excellent work please and I wish you every success in the future

What an absolute shambles of a company
Placed an order for some nicotine and some coils and pods, Box arrived only nicotine in the box
Email sent the reply was your pods will come via Royal Mail but we don’t have the coils so we will refund you

I had a very good deal on some RY4 concentrate and their nicotine is very qood quality .Postage is very quick

This was my first time using everything liquid and I certainly wasn't disappointed. I paid by bank transfer as I was waiting on a new bank card. The order of nicotine, VG and PG where still dispatched the same day with DPD amd I had them next morning in Scotland. This to me is the sign of a reputable company who care about customer service. And as a bonus they always use amber glass with the nicotine to slow oxidisation by sunlight. And is very vell packaged. I will certainly use these guys from now on. 10/10.

I had a small issue with an order so I emailed and had a replacement here within a couple of days. Everything liquid is an excellent company, who are very customer focused. Wouldn’t buy from anywhere else.

As good as always and fast dilivery

First time ive tried flavours and got to say very impressed. Bought Butter Mint as usually like mint / mint humbug but this is better than anything ive tried. At 9 quid for 100ml its cheap as chips too. Definately be buying from them in future.

I ordered from them on January 6th. They called me on the phone 12 days later to let me know that there was an issue with brexit-exports and I shouldn't pay UK VAT as I am going to pay VAT upon import, they offered to include some extra stuff for free in order to compensate me for the price difference. I replied to them that it was all good, but I asked them which company they are going to use to send the parcel. They replied "UPS or a similar company". I explained them that UPS/Fedex/DHL all have a huge processing fee for customs clearance which will lead to an enormous total fee for me to pickup the parcel. I asked them to use Royal mail or Parcelforce instead, and they were fine with it and agreed to send using Parcelforce. 5 Days later I get a call from UPS telling me that I have to pay a total of over 120 EUR in processing fees plus Import fees, for a total of over 160 EUR. I tried to contact Everything liquid with multiple emails and they never got back to me. I tried to use their live chat too and they didn't respond again.

Eventually after a few weeks since I wasn't getting any answer from them I was forced to issue a chargeback with my card processor and I am still waiting for the outcome.

Upon any kind of issue you are on your own, be aware.

Excellent service as always. The only vendor I use for my VG, PG and nicotine purchases. 5/5 across the board.
