I ordered a Bullpadel elite (Gemma Triay) raquet at an amazing price and it came really quickly, I think the next day! Great service, would highly recommend. However, difficult to get a proper answer from 'Pablo' online so dubious about using that/him again!

Racket arrived next day as advertised…these days too many online retailers don’t deliver on that promise. All the more remarkable given youve used Royal Mail - my previous order was late and spuriously reported by Royal Mail as “customer not home” for an item that eventually came through my letter box! The Bullpadel racket bag, spare overgrip and small bag of Haribo was a nice touch and much appreciated. Padel goods are under represented in the UK just now so keep up the good work (a better range of shoes please) and you can enjoy greater success in the future

ordered at 13:52pm yesterday and arrived at 10:31am the next day, all products i ordered are in good condition and the speedy service was satisfactory, definitely will order from here again and so should everyone else

I follow EP on YouTube and wanted to show my support to Ewan and the brand. True to what he promotes, the service was on point! I engaged with Pablo to get a personalised recommendation for a racket. Pablo was very prompt and helpful. He recommended a few after understanding my needs. I placed the order for the EP X Pallap, which arrived the next day. Used them when looking to buy a Padel racket. I tried their chat to get advice on which padel racket would suit me best and after my initial query which was over the weekend I got a message back from them on the Monday and after round if further questions and answers I was sent a couple of recommendations. I went with another option which was in one of their YouTube reviews as it came back into stock. The delivery would have arrived on time if it wasn’t for Royal Mail missing the initial time slot and trying to deliver when we were out. My son also ordered a racket from them and we got the same service. They also appeared to offer the best price. No complaints and would definitely use them again.
