Do not use this company, unless you want to lose everything you hold in data. The company directors do not care about your business or your data
Everything Tech Group is run by the same directors (Mark Allen and Phil Smith) as Cardium Outsourcing Limited (which had been trading as Your Office Anywhere), providing servers.

In March 2025, Your Office Anywhere suffered a serious cyber‐attack. They were unable to provide any copy or backup of the data until 4 weeks later, most of which was encrypted. In practical terms, this confirms that the offline backup procedures were inadequate or unusable, resulting in the loss of all customer data.

A few weeks later, they entered administration. Customers were left with no working systems or data and very little support. The company initially offered to assist clients in cleaning or recovering their data, but then withdrew that promise, leaving clients to deal with the breach on their own. Throughout this process, the directors did not publicly accept responsibility for the data loss, and many clients experienced significant business disruption as a result.

Given these facts, I advise caution for anyone considering Everything Tech. The leadership’s handling of the previous incident showed a concerning lack of accountability. Since Everything Tech is run by the same individuals, potential customers should be aware of this history and the risk it implies. Entrusting critical data to this team could carry serious risk, and prospective clients should weigh that carefully before engaging Everything Tech’s services.

We have been using Everything Tech for our IT needs for about 18 months now and their advice and service has always been top notch. Special shoutouts for Anthony and his colleagues Matt, Bradley and Lewis. UPDATE: Since this review, ET have been bought out in 2022 and the service has degraded substantially since then. The previous iteration was a small company doing things well with great customer service. Currently they appear either understaffed or less competent than previously. We still use them, but more out of the unlikeliness of finding another provider more competent.
