This is a pure scam company. They market as loan providers and then after signing up, getting a quote and registered is when you see the 'credit building service not a loan provider'. No mention of any payment to be taken and the moment you register is when you will be mentioned of the payment. Good luck cancelling your account and deleting it through the (barely functional)app or website. Tried calling them, first time when i asked about my account they just hung up. Second time, they were asking for all of my details and trying to hang up, surprised they answer knowing full well what they do. Why should i pay them,for nothing. The payment was cancelled several times and they still managed to charge me(exactly as others say £27.99). Luckily, my bank helped me. Reported them to be flagged. Some action needs to be actively taken against them. They need to be shut down.

I only made an enquiry and was pushed into an identity check through my bank that was actually a way for them to set up a payment without proper authorisation. Since then they have repeatedly attempted to take £27.99 from my account, and they have ignored every email I have sent.

This is a scam operation, and it needs to be reported. Their conduct is dishonest, misleading, and completely unacceptable. I would strongly advise everyone to stay well away from this company.

Absolutely filthy disgusting behaviour. You are tricked into thinking you are getting a loan and once they have all your details the loan disappears and they take £27.99 out of your account. This company should be shut down by the ombudsman.

Would give no stars if I could do not have anything to do with this company it is a scam .I have sent 7 emails to them in the last week have not had 1 reply back ,be very careful they take money from your bank without permission, I applied on line for a loan instead I was conned by this company who just want bank details to take money from you.

I don’t know why they are taking money from my bank account. I am not interested in a credit builder and no SIM card has been offered. They don’t reply to emails or answer their phone. I don’t know how to stop them from taking my money

Scam offer credit services then app talks about mobile contracts. The tale small payment to verify your account this is obviously how they scam you. Avoid

Absolute con. Downloaded and completed my details. Unable to use anything in the app and when I’ve tried to contact customer services even this doesn’t work. Really poor that businesses like this can exist in 2025. Unable to get cancel my payment to them?

They have taken money without me agreeing to anything. Their app doesn't work and I can't contact them.
