The customer support representative, Maisy, handled my query regarding a deferred graduation and rebooking of gowns. I cannot say enough praise for their efforts. They were responsive, understanding and supportive. If the rest of the team are like Maisy then I would 100% recommend this service! Thank you for taking the stress out of graduation bookings.

I had asked some questions (about the size appropriate for my height) about the items I bought before purchasing via the Live Chat. The response was quick and straightforward, aiding the shopping process.

The Delivery process is very transparent, and I receive prompt updates about where the parcel is located and the approximate time and day of delivery.

The quality of the items is also on-point, and I look forward to using them.

Evess covered the graduation gown rental and on-site professional photos for my recent masters graduation. Whilst generally the service provided by staff on site was alright, a few things have irked me.

Firstly technical issues seemed abundant on the day, from their system not pulling through the fact that I had registered (delaying the day and meant not receiving any of the text updates received by my peers) to their weird system for obtaining photos of your walk across stage that showed pictures of someone completely different when I checked mine…

The second big thing is the on site photos. Unlike all other services provided by other companies at other similar events like my bachelor’s graduation, they required that you choose your package of what you want (how many physical or digital copies, framing, group or solo pictures) then and there on the day and then pay for said package before even a single photo has been taken. This adds stress and induced FOMO over having to pick what loved ones may want then and there on the day which is already a busy and hectic day - an inherently predatory business practice. They also failed to provide previews of the photos on site to determine if you were happy with them. I could understand this if it was photos you paid for at a later point, but not if you are paying minimum £30 per photo upfront.

Overall these things tainted my experience with the staff and would highly recommend establishments look elsewhere if they’re looking for a group to provide services for their events.

Bought a Tudor Bonnet from EVESS, after completing PhD and for my graduation ceremony. Delivery came very soon and very happy with the quality and design.

I wrote them late in the evening regarding my graduation attire, and they replied within 5 minutes.
