Purchased the Hood for my daughter graduation as gift, she sings in a Choir and will have many opportunities to use it again. Delivery was fast; however, how disappointing! The Hood was crushed inside a bag with no protection or care, very poor-quality fabric and sewing for an item that cost £75!!

The picture frame is very good quality and was dispatched very quickly. Very good value for money.

I initially faced an issue with contacting the customer service, but the problem was resolved, and they took excellent care of my case after I reached out to them.

I had an issue with the photo selection and Maisy was so helpful resolving this for me. She was so polite, and very prompt with her email responses. Throughout the whole process, she was very clear with the progress of the issue and helped me massively in resolving this. Thank you Maisy.

On the day of my ceremony, I was very well looked after by Evess. He was very polite and helpful.
I then needed to rent my doctoral robes and hat for some photos after the event. Martin has been exceptionally helpful throughout. I have been really impressed. Superb gowns - incredibly well made, superb customer service, well packaged. Couldn't say enough good things about this company. No wonder my university recommend them! First-class service, first-class gowns. 10/10

OK initially had some problems first wrong size frame sent then the customer service chat bot not really fit for purpose but once talking to real person it all got sorted. Correct frame sent and refund which I wasn’t necessarily after (the refund 😂 , I wanted the frame) but appreciated the effort and therefore it deserved me re writing this. The frame and custom cut insert is spot on. Even when initially wrong size sent, dispatch and packaging was excellent considering their manic period (graduations). Thanks.

I have purchased a set of bar gown and wig but unfortunately I won’t be able to attend the call ceremony. I emailed them and ask if I can return for a refund and they are really helpful! My items were safely returned and i got my refund. Thank you!

The item which I ordered was returned to Evess following an error in the despatch department - a problem with the address. Customer services were really helpful about sorting out the mistake, and the package arrived a couple of days later. No harm done.
