Disapointed about the material of the gowns, have ordered from you before and the exact same gowns are now a much thiner material compared to our original ones.

I ordered a frame on Monday at 1-30 pm and it was delivered on Tuesday 10 am.
Excellent quality.

I attended my MSc graduation but sadly my colleague could not due to having chemotherapy that day. Evess, without hesitation, kindly lent me 2 caps and gowns in a prepaid sealed bag so that I could have photo's taken with my colleague when she had picked up from Chemo.

The mortarboard cap I purchased was much better quality to others I had seen and arrived quickly.

The company had lots of options for hat sizes and were very helpful and friendly in finding the right one to fit! The gown/hat was clean and looked very smart.

I ordered the wrong size hat for a theatre show and contacted the customer service team by email to ask if I could return the hat and get a smaller size. I received a reply in less than 4 minutes, a very pleasant email asking me to return the item and a new one would be sent out on receipt. My son had a nightmare and didn’t book his place at his graduation, myself and his mum went down to the venue to see if anything could be done. At this point we bumped into Tim who said we should be able to, but would need to speak to Dominic to see if this could be. Lo and behold after last minute messages to the university my son was able to attend his graduation with a gown all sorted.
Your team that day went above and beyond and made sure my son could graduate with his classmates. They did this with a smile and could not have done more, they went above and beyond and we will be forever grateful for being able to accommodate us and my son.
