I purchased a yearly county motorway vignette for Hungary. The vignette was issued correctly and is valid, so I received the product I needed.
However, the official vignette price was 7,190 HUF, while I was charged a total of 12,690 HUF because an additional "Optimum" service costing 5,500 HUF was included. I did not realize I was purchasing such an expensive extra service and only noticed it after receiving the receipt. I ordered the vignette in a rush.
When I contacted customer support, I received what appeared to be a standard template response explaining that I had accepted the price during checkout, without specifically addressing my concerns. No idea what optimum service is, probably completely useless.
The vignette itself is valid, but I was disappointed by the pricing transparency and the handling of my complaint.

They are criminals! They imitate the original bg site for purchasing evinette! The charge is 25 euros over the usual price! Such a disgrace! NEVER AGAIN!

Onbetrouwbare organisatie rekenen woeker prijzen. Ze profiteren van de onwetendheid van de klanten. Erg bedenkelijk. Voor 10 dagen vignet 32€ betalen.

The site imitates in a misleading manner the official state authorities for selling vignets by referring to them through links. Yet the price is 50% higher than the legal price of the vignet and it is NOT specified that the top up amount is payment for their "service". After the purchase the site swamps the customer with spam without providing an unsubscribe link. When I complained about this through their contact form (the only possible contact metod on their site), they responded in one sentence, written hurriedly (letters form the last word and punctuation were missing) that they have not sent any spam (a lie) and cut off all communication. I have reported them to the Bulgarian authorities and Google.

Una vera fregatura.

Site frauduleux, j'ai acheté une vignette 1 jour pour l'Autriche à 23€ alors que sur le site officiel c'est 9.60€. On s'est fait avoir car ce site sort en premier dans les résultats Google (résultat sponsorisé). Un conseil, achetez directement sur le site officiel.

Je koopt een werkend vignet maar voor veel teveel geld.

Anch’io come altri ho visto questo sito per la vignetta in evidenza e ho “ regalato “ a Evignet ben 14 euro in più .. ma se state leggendo probabilmente o siete qui per ribadire o per farvi due risate… pazienza..

On our trip from Croatia to Italy, we purchased an Austrian vignette via mobile phone. The charge was almost double what we expected. In addition to the listed cost for the 7-day vignette, they also charged us an extra fee in the same amount.

When we contacted them in writing, they told us that this additional fee had been displayed and that we had been informed about it before confirming the payment. That is, of course, not true. My only regret is that I did not read the reviews written by other customers before making the purchase.

This application should be avoided at all costs.

Oszustwo. Tak jak piszą przedmowcy. Kwota dwukrotnie większa pobrana z konta, viniety brak.
Proszę uważać.

Hoție!! NU FOLOSIȚI ACEST SITE!! Au o taxă considerabilă mascată inclusă în prețul vignetei pe care o vei vedea doar după solicitarea insistentă a facturii. Vigneta a costat 50 EUR, iar “taxa pentru înregistrarea autovehiculului” înca 15 EUR. RUȘINE!!!!

I would like to give them 0 if I could. They charge me for an astrian one day e-vignette 23euros as they included some registration fee!?! At the time of purchasing this was not shown at all, it is only a day aftetwards that I can see it in my credit card depense. Stay away from scammers and money grabbers who deal in dishonest way.
