This is our second purchase from here and absolutely made up , this one was for my mum who is over the moon with the finish , we went for package 10 and opted for the guys to paint it also , from start to finish the process went smoothly, nothing was to much trouble if we had any questions , gives the room a modern touch and is a great feature , would highly recommend !!

Ordered package 12 delivery date was before the company close for its xmas/new year break. Unit arrives on time great!!! Inspected the and checked delivery as instructed. Sll good and green for go.Decided to paint the base first then add the fire and finally adding the upper section. Remember part of this company's sales pitch is that full instillation minis painting takes roughly an hour. Not for me it didn’t!!!!
My problem started when I inserted the fire. It wouldn’t sit flush with the base unit. So gave in and phoned Evolution’s and spoke to them in length about how to overcome the problem.1) Cut and remove soldered bars From fire base to allow the fire to drop down flush with base. 2) Have the base uplifted and a new one would arrive three days later and 3) Cut the supporting wooden base to allow the fire to drop down myself. Since this was only a couple of days before the 19th of December and the factory closes for two weeks holiday opening on the 3rd of January again . So because time was not my side i felt pressured into opting for the DIY option so the project could be completed for Xmas. Had to arrange for family to bring me tools needed to complete the task. I’m not much of joiner but i managed after some timeto butcher the base enough so that the fire would drop down flush.
It turns out that the problem was caused by a joiner from Evolution Fires who had attached the incorrect legs to the base that created this drama in the first place. They’re clear enough on their instructions about its you the consumer responsibility to check that your delivery is complete so what about Evolution Fires responsibility to the consumer when they are the ones in the wrong.
I have also sent an email detailing what happened well over a week ago and I’ve yet to receive any sort of reply. I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with this company. Every time i look at the unit i see what's hidden inside. My butchered attempt to overcome the problem that this company caused.

My wall media 3 package arrived 5 weeks after it was ordered. As a lady living on her own and completely clueless when it comes to DIY my tradesman dealt with the company direct . His comment was that they were absolutely amazing and super helpful.And it has exceeded all of my expectations. It’s classy , modern and of a very good quality. It has made my small living room extremely cozy.
I absolutely love it and can’t wait for Christmas Day ! Thank you

A fantastic company with great staff. A special mention to Anne who is an absolute credit to the team. After ordering the Evolution 72inch Spectrum via Wayfair and it not arriving when it said it would, Anne was amazing with trying to help me get my fire and I managed to order and collect it in just a few hours. Thanks so much to Anne and the rest of team at Evolution for completing my very last minute order, it was nice to finally receive some first class customer service! The fire itself is also so beautiful, I definitely made the right decision

Well what can I say ordered out wall Monday and as promised rob delivered it today. Anne and Robert are just absolutely lovely and I’m so excited to get it up. Thanks evolution fires ❤️❤️

A fantastic experience buying from Evolution Fires. From our initial visit to the showroom to choose our fireplace they were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They listened to what we needed and were able to accommodate us. We had to wait a while for the fireplace and media wall (over the Christmas period) but it was well worth the wait. The fireplace looks amazing and I cannot fault the after sales service. We had some troubles with installation and they were extremely helpful and supported us with all our queries afterwards. We were going to build the media wall ourselves around the fire but I’m so glad we didn’t!

Ordered Vegas fireplace from Amazon and after waiting for a week, it was cancelled without any reason. Amazon customer services opened a case with this company which gave no valid reason to cancel the order and asked to contact them.
Googled and contacted them directly. Ann took some details and promised to send us an e-mail with order details. It took another two days and two telephone calls before we sent them the payment. Delivery was instant! And the item is excellent.

Great company to deal with. No question too much trouble (and we had a few) We installed the fire ourselves and are really pleased. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Great experience from start to finish! My bespoke order was drawn up and delivered in to my door in 3 weeks. Fabulous product, easy to install and makes such a difference in my home. Couldn’t recommend highly enough. Thanks
