I gave 4 star for the value of the product I purchased. It was the first time I purchased and would come back. The only down side is you use Royal mail and the items were really late arriving. I don't really shop at Amazon and rather support small and medium businesses even if I have to pay a little bit more. I don't expect extremely fast delivery service like Amazon but company using Royal mail can be a bit off putting for me because how bad they are with delivering on time, that's been my experience.

Bought Lions mane, first time with this provider. Been nauseaus for 3 days straight couldnt eat anything, would just want to vomit, felt jittery, got migraine.
