Hej Anne-Mette,
Tusind tak for de 5 stjerner - dejligt at starte ugen sådan ;-) ;-)
Great costumer service
Item was broken when I received it. But they offered to send another part (to replace the broken one) immediately, so I am happy with that.
Also chair is perfect, my kiddo loves it. Super easy to clean too 😊

Dear Anja,
Thanks for the fine review. Sometimes the journey is tougher than expected and beyond what our solid packaging can stand. Happy to sort it out and to hear your Kiddo loves Nomi.
We will file the report to UPS. But looking into statistics, they have a extreme low fail percentage. Enjoy your Nomi, our apologies for the hassle ;-)

Dear Nomi customer,
Thanks for taking time sharing your Nomi experience. As parents we are well aware that there is plenty to spend your money on, when becoming parents ;-) Our pricepoint reflects the fact that Nomi is manufactured in EU of highly certified and recyclable components, ensuring durability and customer trust/safety. We stay loyal to our suppliers and will not compromise this belief, by flagging out our production to far east as other brands tend to do. Best wishes, Rune, Evomove

Easy, fast and high quality products
Best high chair, amazing design. Comfortable and light, always great to introduce into the design of your home. I used it with my first child since day one (I bought also the 0 to 6 months) and I was so happy about it that I bought another one for my second child, because my first born is still using it. And every time I needed some other accessory, I bought it online from their website. Easy to order and express shipping. I had them shipped home in no time!

Dear Nomi customer,
Thanks for the starts and review. Certified products and certified manufacturing in EU is not the cheapest on the market. But in the long run Nomi is a chair for life (and not for 3 years as the the majority of conventional highchairs) supporting a good sitting posture for life, and resells at a high price, making Nomi the best and wisest buy, according to the independent experts from Stiftung Warentest among others. Best wishes - Rune, Evomove

Dear Siyana,
Thanks for sharing your Nomi experience - as we say, "you never get a second chance to make a first impression" - so we strive to do our out most in all aspects of the customer experience :-). Thanks again and a happy day from the Evomove team
Keep up the good work!
