Placed an order on 19-01-26 for a memory bear for my granddaughter who is missing her passed Gran and my wife. Was told order to day to get it 1/2 02 26. 10 days on and nothing, customer chat promises amount to nothing. TOTAL scam, no bear no happy granddaughter very sad Grandad !!!

j'ai commandé 3 mugs sur l'amitié. Un côté est écrit à peu près comme il faut à la différence que le 3ème prénom n'est pas en entier et sur l'autre face, les prénoms sont très très mal écrits et se superposent! je regrette vraiment cet achat alors qu'il y avait d'autres sites...plus sympas et ceux que j'ai pris pour mon mari et ma fille sont bien plus beaux ! très très déçue!

Malgré l'attente assez longue pour recevoir mon colis je suis très contente du produit qui est identique à l'offre

Waited longer then expected but I have my memorable teddies and they are beautiful my grandchildren are going to love them . I did email asking when they were going to be delivered and I was emailed back

The product is beautifully made . The shipping took longer than was indicated . However , I received timely responses to my email inquiries regarding the shipping delay and ultimately it arrived on time for my special occasion .

You will not receive the goods and the tracking information says your item is on its way it isn’t they delete all comments from there Facebook page. They are not uk based this is not stated

When I had questions regarding their product they were quick to respond. The quality of the banner we purchase was great and were surprised on the quick turn around. Would most diffidently recommend this company and will purchase from them again.

Evidwearcustom checks 5 stars for all the boxes. Customer service is exceptional! I ordered 6 personalized T-shirts, one I ordered the wrong size. I emailed cs the next morning, they responded next day "no problem." Received order within 2 weeks, the quality and photos were awesome, however, the one I asked to change size didn't get changed. I contacted them again. They apologized and said they would ship the correct size. They honored their agreement. I received it just after Christmas. The T-shirts were a hit! I also ordered the tropical & jungle golf shirts not realizing they ship from China and could take 1 1/2 months to arrive. Again contacting customer service. Next day reply wa

had all the tracking information and phone#'s to contact the carriers. I just received the personalized golf shirts, and OMG they are worth the wait! I know my boys will show them off every opportunity! Such a unique gift! I strongly recommend this company! With a little patience with shipping time on orders from overseas, you won't be dissappointed. I am so happy! Thank you!

2months , and order has never arrived , the first weeks were for waiting, the customer care team didnt have an answer, after a month they responded saying order had been lost. They claimed they have reshipped but its now 3weeks no order has been recived and tracking information stops at order shipped!!

Ordered 2 sets of family wooden bears, in November for Christmas gifts. After nothing received communicated with company. They acknowledged order was not sent , an error on their part. Asked for cancellation and refund. They agreed to do that since there is no way they could guaranty delivery before Christmas. Today,12-27-24 I received the order, this company is not truthful. This should not have happened.

Ordered a lovely personalised wooden puzzle for my daughter and family which arrived this week.
Absolutely thrilled with it and would recommend to anyone looking for a personalised gift that is that wee bit different.
I had to contact their customer support to check on delivery dates and communication and response was great.

I received the product 2 days ago. The quality is very good. Takes around 9 days to arrive. Contact the customer support, they replied very quick and solve my questions. Will definitely come again

I got my bear at Christmas - it is really well made and good quality. Good value for money. And looks great.

Order a wooden bear family personalised for Mother’s Day for my wife. Took forever to turn up. Says they are in the uk but it was from China. Item is poorly made and really not worth giving as a present. Tried to use online chat with company but no one ever seems to be on it so can’t even get through!

Have emailed 4 times to get a refund and again no one is bothered about getting back to me.

Complete joke of a company.

AVOID!! You will be getting scammed for terrible products and will never get a refund!!
