Evry are a complete waste of space 9 days now waiting for my delivery , can’t contact them. I will be deleting my eBay account until they stop using them

A truly appalling delivery company. A parcel for delivery to my wife today was left at a completely different house some distance away, which thankfully I was able to trace using their location info and photo clues. Whilst at the ‘wrong’ address, there was a second Evry parcel destined for another address similarly abandoned on the driveway!

When buying products online we often have no idea who will be making the deliver (apart from Amazon). I would not buy from a retailer who I knew uses Evry - I will check more carefully.a

Absolutely shocking service, I have 5 parcels that were trying to be delivered to an address that didnt exist, address was correct but post code wasn’t, tried countless times to change it but they said it needed to be changed by the shipper, sent them emails fro the shipper in China to say they would not change it but still they would not do anything, I am now out of pocket, my parcels are on some warehouse and there is nothing I can do, absolutely shocking service 😡

Aa expected, placed order with well.know sports brand, paid extra for next day delivery.
Then I got the email i didn't want to get, "were expecting your parcel" from Evry.
I knew the minute i got the email that my item would not arrive "next day" as paid for and that soon enough i'd be getting the 2nd obligatory email that reads "were ever so sorry but theres been a delay, we do sincerely appologise well do our best to get your parcel to you within the next 24 hrs.etc etc etc.
Happens every time, and i even said so to the mrs when 1st email came. I really don't see how they stay in business, i just boycot brands that use these theives as they dint deserve my money if they happily put cuatomers at the mercy of ammatures

Ottimo servizio, certamente eccellente in tutte le fasi del processo.

Evry have not delivered my product and are impossible to contact. When tracking, the product is ‘on its way’, not ‘out for delivery’. There have been other Evry deliveries in this area.

My delivery was set for numerous attempts and was all watching out for the driver as they sometimes mark as Unattended Receiver. Again today it was postponed which means all my day has gone to drain just because of incompetency and mismanagement of Evri. I never recommend this company.

The service provided by this company may be cheap (as advertised by themselves), but there is a good reason for this! The service they offer is a scandal. They show total disrespect for their clients and the recipients! Do not bother contacting Customer Service as they do not have one, and should someone eventually respond, their apologies are automated and not followed by any action.
A total WASTE OF TIME!

I want to file a complaint about your service.

First, you send me an email saying my parcel will be delivered between 13:00 and 15:00. Then you mark the delivery as “attempted” 45 minutes earlier. I was at home the entire time, and no one knocked on my door.

On top of that, there was no calling card or any confirmation left to indicate that a courier was here. When I check the tracking, there is no photo or any proof that the courier actually attempted delivery.

So either the courier didn’t even bother to knock and falsely marked it as an attempted delivery, or the parcel was never out for delivery in the first place.

What makes this even worse is that this was an Amazon order. I specifically chose next-day delivery and expected Amazon to handle it properly. I don’t understand why Amazon is using your company to deliver parcels, because based on my experience, this is one of the worst delivery services I’ve dealt with.

This is completely unacceptable. I have never received a parcel from your company on time, and every incorrectly handled delivery will result in a negative review from me.

I am stopping buying from anyone who ues EVRI for deliveries, you are completely useless. Every parcel mis delivered, lost, delivered after it has been re-ordered. Very frustrating, no human interface, just a AI response from customer services. Sort yourselves out

I had a very poor experience with Evri's delivery service. The parcel was not delivered on the promised date, and no subsequent updates were provided. Attempts to contact customer support were futile, as the automated system offered only generic responses without real-time information or an option to speak with a human representative via chat or phone.

This issue aligns with repeated problems, including missed deliveries, parcels reported as lost, difficulties locating addresses, and claims of attempted delivery when no attempt was made. I strongly advise future customers to avoid Evri and select a more reliable courier service.

Imbarassing. Awful service with awful drivers who constantly deliver parcels in the most random places but never on my front door. Impossible to talk to someone at a customer service, not even sure if a customer service really exists. If you have choices, do not choose Evri.

I've got a buzzer,try using it.I was in all day waiting for the delivery,stop leaving items in the communal areas where anybody can steal them.My neighbour knocked with the item.I had another delivery from every today,that driver used my buzzer and delivered the item,thanks to that driver.

It took them TWO WEEKS to get a parcel from Chelmsford to Bradford. Could have walked there and back a couple of times in that time. NEVER USE THIS LOT OF SCHEISTERS

Just awful. Never deliver my parcel to my address, the 'proof of postage' will be some random shop or doorstep that I can't identify. Communication is inaccurate for tracking so you don't know what day it will come/constantly misses the delivery date.

I am very upset with evry services.Never can talk to human,delivery updates 0.Delivery drivers dint wait until u come tk the door or answer ur ring door bell cameras.Payed for next day delivery after 2 days still waiting.Why the put next day delivery if the can't doit.Head of Hermes should look up to this.Why the don't got option to talk to someone on the phone to get answers to ur ?
