Purchased a floor polisher two years ago. Since the date of purchase, the machine failed to work. It would shut off every five minutes.
I contacted customer service, they responded once, but have not addressed the issue again, despite my numerous attempts.
I will purchase a new polisher from a company that backs their products .

The lady whom replied to my e-mail was very knowledgeable about the trouble I was having. She immediately sent me a response with "how to" instructions to solve the problem with installing the Hook & Loom attachment. Her instructions were so simple.

The motor could be a little more powerful.
I cleaned a floor that was half assed cleaned by x- wife for about 35 years, It did the job but motor seemed to over work itself. But remember it was really dirty.

The EP 170 is great machine for the price that I paid for it and the pads work great for it to cut black marks off the title floor that I been cleaning with the EP 170 but I wish it had some type of stiffer pads for it that would take up bigger black marks that is built into the title floors like some of the high end types of floor scrubbers and buffers use

The ordering process was easy and efficient, and parts are reasonably priced. I received an email with the shipment tracking number. However, I would like to have seen a way to track the order on the website.

I was a bit worried when I hadn't received my order in a timely manner, and I was receiving these rating emails. I did reach out advising I couldn't rate on something I hadn't received. I did receive a follow-up email with a tracking number that I previously did not have, showing it was on a late delivery. I did eventually receive what I ordered, but the box was completely opened. My items were inside. I guess that person didn't need the same parts as I ordered 😄
My 5 stars ⭐ is for the great follow up that I received. And was so appreciated.
