Exact Delivery レビュー

Friendly, professional and helpful. They also arrived on time. Delivery was prompt

Sarah organised everything and updated the quotes. The team handling the transport were very helpful and worked tirelessly to make the move as smooth as possible. Price was really competitive and I was updated through out.

Would recommend. Only reason for 4 stars is the tracking didn't work for me.

Excellent communication on day of delivery ! Even a phone call 10 mins before arrival . Pleased all round !

Excellent service from start to finish.

Highly recommended for all your transportation needs.

Delivery driver was rude and wanted me to pay him extra cash to bring the delivery to the second floor. Also there is a possible issue with the delivered product that I am investigating. Overall terrible service.

Company offers 20% off next purchase for a 5 star review here - beware!!!

Good communication ended up being a very good price . Collectors were on time .
I’m sure delivery will be the same .
Would recommend . Thank you .

Delivery was excellent, the item well packaged. One of the men I felt was quite rude and abrupt in his manner. Also he needed a deodorant badly.

Clear communication and prompt delivery. Polite courier

Great delivery service, very impressed. Thank you.

Arrived within the window time. Both couriers had really dirty hands with no provisions to clean them. The item being collected was of a light colour fabric..I shared my concerns about the damage that would be caused..their attitude showed no concern..I offered my own facilities for them to use to wash their hands, the driver accepted but the other courier refused. I found them to be unprofessional with a lack of care and attention to detail.

Easy to arrange and delivered carefully and on time!

The delivery was on time and the men who delivered the sofa were quick, efficient and professional. They were also polite and very helpful. It was a very positive experience.

Good timing on delivery, helpful and friendly staff

Very good , on time

Very accommodating, delivered as requested with care of goods. Definitely recommend m, thanks👍

This is not the first time I have used this courier company on Shiply. And it won’t be the last. As always courteous and reliable. Many thanks

Good communication throughout collection. Arrived on time & the collection was completed within 20mins.

Great communication with advising of an ETA. Stuck to the ETA and arrived punctually. Offloaded the van and put the chair exactly where I wanted it. Very pleasant, very happy. Would use again.
