Exact Delivery レビュー

Great service. Polite

Fantastic service, kept me fully informed about times and arrived as arranged

On time for collection, carefully packed - straps and blankets, good communication ahead of time. Large disassembled piece of furniture.

Great job, fantastic , friendly delivery men , parked safely, respected my property , handled two very heavy bulky boxes professionally and carefully. Communication was great from knowing the delivery day , then updates through the day and delivered within their 3 hour window . highly recommended this company .

Excellent service on time always kept me updated on my delivery

Really good communication throughout. This was a long distance pick up and I got emails and phone call updates throughout.

The collected a log burning stove for me exactly when planned, no issues. Thanks!

Delivery was as promised on time ..so all ready. Two lads were polite and helped indoors too. thankyou.

Amazing service. Great guys. Took good care of item. Would definitely use these guys again.

I have no hesitation in recomending this courier, reasonable cost, collected , and delivered on date requested, tracking available through out the process, polite and respectful, I had a really bad previous experience with Proovia! These guys do what you pay for!

Those guys really deserve the praise! No issues what so ever , thinking that i only was going to help as was quoted for one man with my very heavy window but there was two man , customer service paramount! i didn't need to help but was ready as only paid for one man. Thanks you guys, and all the best in your business going forward, you deserve!! Jc vieira

Great service, fantastic communication and very reliable.. I would highly recommend

Had a delivery arranged for Thursday, so I booked a day off, only to have a text saying it was being changed to Saturday. When I rang about this, no apology was offered and they even lied by saying they tried to call me the day before. They then turned up on Saturday with only one of the two mattresses, again no apology, couldn’t care less. I still have no bed to sleep on, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Very well communicated to before delivery. However; drivers were extremely rude and unprofessional. In the very minimal English they spoke they refused to move a mattress beyond the doorstep for a pregnant lady until I really had to insist. Concerned as to the health and safety of this company given that both were both wearing flip-flops to unload a van. Protective wrapping on mattress was smeared with engine oil. It was about the worst delivery service you could get!

Great experience from start to finish. Once all the details were added (collection address and contact) plus mine I was able to message and myself/seller & courier could all see/reply.
Contact was made 30 mins prior to collection and I (buyer) received a text with an estimated delivery time the night prior to delivery.

Excellent service delivery on time and the lads that delivered it were really nice and helpful. It was delivered carefully and was looked after I’m very pleased with the service and will be using them again

Good communication and delivered exactly when we were advised!

Wonder from start to finish very courteous kept me in touch when near arrival of my delivery would highly recommend
