Brilliant. Exactly on time as stated. Delivery guys extra helpful and took a mattress upstairs to the room for me. Text message 45mins before delivery so I could get back to house in time for it. Perfect! 5***** Thank you!

I was kept informed about the collection the whole time. An extra person was requested to help lift and sure enough he was there. The driver and helper were polite and pleasant and we were very pleased. Thank you.

Original delivery date postponed 24 hrs without explanation. Actual delivery excellent by courteous and very helpful staff.

The 2 men that delivered the mattress seemed to be very stressed and tired. They struggled to bring the mattress into the house and I didn't feel I could ask them to take it upstairs. They arrived at 8. 20pm and said they had more deliveries to make and rushed away.

Not informed or updated on delays, plus was called at 10:00pm after additional delays stating they will be another 2-3 hours, seriously?

They found us easily and delivered quickly

My mattress was delivered within the time frame specified. Even though it was very heavy, the two lads kindly took it to the room of my choice.

Friendly delivery guys

I would have given them 5 stars but the communication was pretty much non existent. They were supposed to call prior to collection/drop off, which didn’t happen. They didn’t arrive in the time slot given when I texted then called I didn’t get an answer. If it hadn’t been for the seller updating me I wouldn’t have known the table had even been collected.

My delivery was collected and delivered on time. I recieved notification of it’s scheduled arrival and the delivery crew were very courteous

Terrible lack of comms.
Van had been booked to collect from me. I made it clear I had to go at 18.30. No contact made by driver until after 19.00 despite my efforts to contact the number that had communicated earlier

Aggressive delivery driver - shouted “help” in my face. Broken English so couldn’t understand what he was needing. 2 man delivery, required me as a 3rd. What if I hadn’t been physically able to help?

My package was nearest the cab, so the entire contents had to be taken out first and placed in the road. Total delivery took around 25 minutes!
