Scam

Quote I received online was not the same as the one I received over the phone. Paid the £50 deposit.
Changed my mind (received a better quote)
They said I would be refunded.
Not received and stopped responding.

Great experience

My cousin told me about this company and I decided to give it a go. Got a higher offer than webuyanycar and a couple of others. No issues at all everything went as they described and got the money on my account straight away. Might come back to buy a car next

Jay was exceptional

Untrustworthy company!

I booked an appointment with this company and had to pay a £50 deposit, the company failed to come out on the appointed day and failed to contact myself to let me know, I have been asking for a refund of my£50 deposit to be told time and time again that they will sort it, disgraceful behaviour I would highly recommend using a different company.

Really good service, was really quick. They cleared my finance and transferred me the remaining balance. Straight forwards.

Do not trust this company

They offered me 31.5k for my car. I accepted. Less than 24hrs before collection they told me the price was now 29k. I declined their offer and sold the car elsewhere the next day for 30k. If you read their reviews on reviews.co.uk, these can only be done with their permission so how accurate do you think they really are?

Unfortunately there was a market fluctuation for the vehicle you were selling between the time when you generated a quote and the time of your appointment, which led the dealer who was going to purchase your vehicle to pull out of the deal.

We tried to save your appointment by inviting other verified dealers to purchase your vehicle, so we presented you with their highest offer which unfortunately wasn't up to your expectations.

This is an extremely rare event, which we avoid by ensuring we only work with dealers we trust and who are rated highly by previous customers. Please rest assured that dealers who cancel appointments with such short notice often become excluded from our database of verified dealers, as this does not reflect the level of customer service we expect for our customers.

Please be aware that our customers only receive a review invitation from Reviews.co.uk via email after their appointment is completed. Since your appointment did not go ahead at this time, you didn't receive this email. However, we are glad that you were able to share your feedback with us via TrustPilot.
